Eastern coachworks ECW Lowestoft factory remembered

Eastern Coach Works produced some of the most iconic designed vehicle bodies of all, and without exception they always 'looked right'. Build quality was first class, which may explain why there are so many examples still to be seen in bus preservation today. It must have been a tragic day for the ECW employees to learn of the factory's demise, but they should take comfort from the fact that they were the best (in my opinion) and look back with fondness of their happy working environment, and a job well done.
