I have the all stainless matte black with Hogue grips. I like it a lot. I prefer the steel frame for durability over the ultra lite. Less wear and longer service life. I will take durability over less weight every time and more weight actually reduces recoil. The transfer bar safety works opposite of a firing pin block safety. Instead of blocking the firing pin the transfer bar only moves in front of the firing pin to transfer the impact of the hammer to the firing pin. When the transfer bar is not in front of the firing pin such as when the hammer is forward and at rest, the empty gap of the transfer bar between the hammer and firing pin prevent the hammer from contacting the firing pin. Thanks for the wheel love, Dan.

Nice revolver, especially since we are wheel gun users. However, we are partial to S&W and Ruger. Thanks.
