Its just not dubai..its qatar..its saudi..its all the same..their laws are pathetic..migrant labors from India,pakistan,bangladesh etc are the ones who have toiled for years with little to no dignity in these countries..but they didnt have a choice because back home they were micro farmers in draught hit areas with higher rates of suicides or they were landless farmers who lost their land to loan sharks because of one or two seasons of draught..but things have changed a lot especially in India as work opportunities here have gone up significantly and by the virtue of that migration to these middle east countries has gone down..countries should start looking inwards and migration will go down and dignity of labor will increase..the worst part i see is wealthy people from south asian countries flaunt their holidays and shopping at x or y store in dubai or abu dhabi knowing very well that people of their own country have been suffering slavery as labors in these countries

The fact is, that poor people are seriously struggling globally. A young person leaves their village in Bangladesh and Philippines with hope of earning money and making a life. The problem with Arabian subcontinenters, is that to avoid colonisation they adopted Capitalism 100%

That's not capitalism. Capitalism is a healthy economic system where workers works and earn enough to fulfill their needs and also save a bit. That's what makes people go to capitalist societies. The system in the Gulf countries is slavery where workers are not paid and are forced to work even when they don't want to.
