That tag on flex is a clever idea. all 'major' soldering is done away from the display other than 6 small solder connections. + it means if you mess up somehow you could get a new tag on flex cable and not have to buy an entire new display.
Jup. This is beyond repairing your own device. My experience with customers tho is that they don't really care about the unknown part message. Tho most people want to restore the ability to see their battery %.

True Tone data is stored in the IC. Why did you transfer before removing it?
iphone 12 and latest no longer store the true tone data in ic

@@dinouseyes
Starting from iPhone 12, the True Tone data is no longer stored in the touch IC. So you need to copy True Tone data before transferring the IC.
All the effort, i prefer to ignore the unknown message :D
It depends on customer needs, and generally if you choose to ignore it, it should charge less.

hi I wanted to know the wholesale screen prices
For more details pls email sales@rewa.tech
You put an ic from the middle of original screen but you used tag on and put ic on the right side of new display!?
Yes. 😂
Aftermarket screens vary in structure among manufacturers. It is normal aftermarket screens have different IC positions compared to original screens.
clearly you dont know what are you talking about, better find another video that match to your knowledge.
For the True Tone you use the 14 series circuit ????
They share the same connector.
