hearing "clunk" over and over
Starts thinking to self... this can't be right.
Goes to google: "Clank has a more metalic sound while clunk is more of a thud, like a piece of wood being hit."
😂😂
Good Job bro!! 💪🏾🐴🔥
Thanks Jacobe! Nice seeing you around still!
Thanks! Have similar issue, will check that.
Any recommendations on easy and low cost suspension upgrades/updates? (06’ GT)
Thanks for watching Art! The easiest and most low cost suspension upgrade I would personally recommend are rear lower control arms!
Ya ever hear someone shake a sheet of metal take that sound but it happens only when I turn the steering wheel at a certain degree and it only happens on the passenger front end side what do you think ?
Depending on what mods you have it could be a variety of things. If you have an aftermarket sway bar and it was installed incorrectly could cause clunking. Camber plates or top mounts that are worn down can cause unwanted sound as well. Ensure all the endlinks are torque to spec and wheels are tight. Also, as weird as this sounds, check to see if your fender liner has play. I’ve had this issue in the past and fixed it
Just a small tip, BLUE thread locker is your best friend. Also, be sure that any bolts you do are “snug”, not exactly ‘kill it’ tight but also not ‘some left on the table’. Ps, the spongebob with the boots was a nice touch 😂
Thanks my man! You’re always coming in clutch with your tips🤙🏼🤙🏼
@@LoganScott. any time! I love working on cars and I’m happy to help save you a few headaches 😁
i’m going to try it out because i’m running with the same issue
it just kills the driving experience
Good luck my friend 💯. Check your bolts, end links, Coilovers (if you have them) and of course the sway bar preload as mentioned in the video.
how have the new seats been working out for you, like the comfort I havent received mine yet
Feel great! Like them more than stock!
1 more question will the seats work with the stock brackets? im 5/7
No. You’ll need new brackets
I had the same problem, found out it was my end link and one of my calipers was loose
Calipers loose??? Wow! Shittttt, good thing you checked 😅
👽......Had da same problem... when I adjusted my coil overs ...
Coilovers can be funky if not done properly. Lots of trial and error. Part of the process of learning🤷🏼♂️
