Crows are actually super freaking cool. I know it sounds silly but I can do a crow call and I started “talking “ to them a while ago and feeding them. Now they hang around my house and car and when they see me they start making a lot of noise it’s pretty neat lol. I’m just waiting for them to gain enough loyalty to attack trespassers and car jackers lmfao
@paulsarnik8506 I'd love to set up a feeding station or something at work for them but I think that's where my boss would draw the line and say no lmfao
Crows can recall faces for generations. Best to be kind to them. They are also one of a few species that mourn their dead. The ones I interact with enjoy dog food and dried fruit bird treats, like pineapple and mango. My crow that visits with me the most is named Eric.
I seen it in the theater with my mother when I was 11. She wanted to see very badly and father didn’t want to go. I did. I talked her into it. They were pretty serious about the R rating. Mother declared she’d decided I could see it. I was the only child ticket sold for the three day run. That night mother had nightmares and I didn’t-it was just a movie. The real shock was in school the next day that I had seen it got around.
Crows are an amazing bird, like many birds, they carry souls, they are other world messengers, protectors, friends, guide to other worlds, the animal grim reaper. Yes, they are intelligent and whenever I go passed them, I am always careful not to upset them. I just talk to them as I go passed them. As long as you don' upset them, your fine. They are just beautiful, make great guardians
James Dean's car had reflective paint in it, so it was sound advice from Alec Guinness. That paint was involved in the crash that killed Dean, because his car was not easy to see. Guinness himself always took shares in the profits of any film he starred in, so usually he got good money, hitting very big with Star Wars. So it was really smart advise he was giving James Dean, who didn't listen.
My Dad told me that too. However, That is a myth that was proven wrong in a documentary from the 90s. He was just driving like you'd expect James Dean to drive a car like that. Too cool to grow old & fade away.
Spiders are getting bigger because of humans, because of food, warmth, heat, shelter, protection, and lack of predators. Spiders are feeling safer, able to grow into sizes because of the amount of food that is available, and because there are no predators about, they can establish themselves
I never understood why people get scared when watching the exorcist. When it first came out my sister, Uncle and I went to see it we sat in the balcony. When she vomited green, it made me think this movie should never be shown in theaters that had balconies. If someone brought Pea soup and dumped in on the people below all hell would really break out.
@@ninaharper6282 you should. Just once. The only thing comparable is the first Ring movie. And just the short black and white video part, not the entire movie.
The original Exorcist is what gave my Mom her horrible fear of evil spiritual things. She watched it as a kid against her parents wishes and she paid the price lol
Mike I absolutely love your shirt I owls are one of my favorite animals I didn't know if the owl on your shirt is a logo for something but I love your shirt Mike🎉❤😊
I don’t scare easily, but the ventriloquist dummy museum was more than I could take. Dummies and talking dolls scare the pi$$ out of me. Thanks, Rod Serling.
1:49 my aunt who is 7 years older than me. Let me watch "The Exorcist" when I was 6!! I was staying the night with my grandparents and they had this new stuff called cable TV and HBO. Lol
The Exorcist trailer that came on TV scared me so much. The fact that my brother went to see it and came home and told me about it caused me weeks of anxiety
Hello From Tampa! You do such great work!! This video should have been twice as long. I'd love to have heard more details about the boy who inspired Nightmare On Elm St, for example. Also, you're cousins with Walt Disney? How cool - even if his racial views were less than desirable. :-)
Love your show! I guess I represent the older age group. Started over six months ago and now I’m really hooked. You do a great job explaining things I feel like I learned something every time I watch it keep up the good work.
Butterfly's feed on dead animals! I used to work at a former coal mine and with over 800 acres of land, a lot of wild animals. One day I saw a big swarm of butterflys. As I got closer I was slightly traumatized to realize they were eating a dead animal!
When I was about eleven years old I had a neighbor that was extremely weird. He used to try and get kids in the neighborhood to come over for free hot dogs and soda in his back yard. This is over 60 years ago, all the kids would ignore him, we all thought he was weird. One day coming home from school his house was full of police and ambulances. We all figured he had passed away, but the truth was that he had hung his entire family in his attic and they had been there for over three years. He got caught because he had also killed his business partner and buried him in the desert. When police came to arrest him, they found his family hanging in the attic of his house.
We have had issues this year with wolf spiders. They have been seen as small in circumference as a penny up to bigger than a half dollar with the body being an inch and a half 2 inches long. Talk about a heart attack... I was literally paralyzed by fear...
When I was 26 years old I went to see the Exorcist and it scared me so bad I passed out twice. Once inside the theater and again after I was brought out. I always knew the devil was evil but I had never thought of him like that! I couldn't watch the whole thing and have never even attempted to!
I know a lot of creepy medical facts. Some maybe too gross for your list but a lot that could be used. Somethings I have personally witnessed, I have a PhD in neuroscience and and I’m A neurosurgeon. A lot of illnesses people thing to be simply mental illness, can also have a neurological implications of the brain and the central nervous system are hardwired together.

Fact 13 U left out the F'd up and chilling and uhhh... also... kinda... brilliant? (But mostly F'd up) fact that those bodies are also trail markers, so people (guides) can have a better sense of where they are, where to go, where to stay away from, etc...
Scariest one is the medical care in the US but one I am too familiar with. My father died from not 1, not 2 medical mistakes but over 17 medical mistakes over a 9 month period that left him with severe acid burns and caused him to lose over a third of his body weight all at the same VA medical facility. Over 17 trips there, because they kept refusing community care and they finally succeed in killing him over something that should have been a pretty straightforward and easy fix with his feeding tube.
I had a flock guardian breed that thought the squeaky toy was to give him practice protecting something. The Squeak mean he was keeping it alive and well.
Am I the only one excited about spiders getting bigger? "Eight Legged Freaks" immediately popped into my head. I'd even pick that over the zombie apocalypse! lol
The original release of The Exorcist contained Subliminal Cuts(1frame flash) and triggered severe responses in some individuals. As a result, Subliminal Cuts are now Forbidden. Which is why these cuts MUST be at least 3frames......
NO IT WAS NOT BLACK AN WHITE WHEN IT CAME OUT. EXORCIST WAS IN COLOR. I was at the drive in watching it and got out to sit in front of car. Sat in a bed of fire ants. Was naked by time i got to bathrooms screaming my head off. Freaked out alot of people. Now thats an opening to a movie ahaha
One of the more infamous Swedish Black Metal musicians was in the band Mayhem and went by the name DeD. Suffered from Cotard's. He eventually permanently unplugged himself from the amp of life.
Choose a natural burial or also know as a green burial instead of that pesky coffin, it is more environmentally friendly, costs less, and consumes less land used.
How do we/scientists/etc. know what happens in and through a "black hole"? That question has made it's way into my mind many times....I just find it so odd and curious that if what is said about black holes are true how did we ("we" used loosly to include any and all humans, etc) come to know that. They were quite real. Just not widely used. There are similar designs available today, although equally not as widely used. I was roughly 6 years old when while visiting family out of state, a not so nice cousin rang such a bell after telling us younger kids all about people being buried alive in the cemetery, "some still alive to this very day". Many cemeteries have rules/regulations which forbid the use of such a coffin, while many have rules that demand the use of a sealed vault. But they were and still are a real thing.
