Hi Dorothy, washing my hair lately depends on my scalp condition. It could be weekly, bi weekly or twice a week. It also depends on whether I want a hairstyle on freshly washed hair. Thanks for your support ❤️

Hey. I've been doing twists on my hair for about two months now but I've realized that I'm getting a lot of single strand knots. Do you have any advice on how to deal with that because I still want to keep using twists to retain length.

You can try to straighten your prior to twisting , like blow on low heat or use any other method of hair straightening.

When twisting hair, maintain the same two parts to the end, don’t borrow hair from one section to the other. It took me forever to find out that was giving me single strand knots
