This is Part 2 of a 3 part series of process videos showing how to use reversible mandala stencils to start a dot mandala painting. In this video I'll show you how to design "on the fly", there will be an opportunity to win a prize, and my kids will even come to visit.

Hi Carole. Yes, you can use soft body and fluid paints no problem. The dots will just dry flatter, but some artists prefer flat dots. Thanks for watching!

You do make your videos fun! Your 4-square design at various stages, especially at the 9:16 mark, would make fabulous designs for ornate badges/brooches/insignia. Now there's an idea ... if you form The Secret Dotting Center Society we'll all pay the sixpenny subs and get to wear the badges to amaze & delight all our friends :)

You can tell where the Golden paint is and where the Arteza paint is if you look the Arteza isn’t as lusterous…By a lot 😂
