Sir after I did the rough milling operation, as you have shown in the vedio some material is still remaining for removing during finish milling. But when I did the in my computer it's not happening, no extra material is left after rough milling, all parameters are same, what can be the reason?
You got three options, 1. Rough Mill - It keep 1 mm material on adjacent sides. (Finishing allowance of 1 mm) 2. Semi finish - It keep 0.3 mm material on sides. (Finishing allowance of 0.3 mm) 3. Finish Mill - It removes all material from selected faces. (No allowance for finishing.)
@@vivek_pateI Hmmm. But when i try on NX 1926, i see no difference between rough, semifinal, and final. Or i must set the "Floor Final Stock & Wall Final Stock" manually?
Goto Simulate machine and play simulation. You will be displayed machining time. Just make sure that you have specified feeds and speeds. If you have multiple operation then select multiple operation and run simulation. Total machining time will be displayed.
Great in depth content with clear understanding and demonstration of variety of options. 👌

You must have selected Walls along with the floor. Just select the floor and verify it.
@@vivek_pateI yeap worked very well
Goto cut parameters then click on the stock and make all value zero
Sir. What is the different of "ROUGH_MILL" with "FINISH_MILL"?
