Gene Puerling REALLY knew his way around vocal arrangements!!!
Singers Unlimited, say no more
I never heard this one before. There will never be another group like them. Thank you for sharing.
They are fantastic and singing a brilliant song
Nelson Riddle said the Hi-Los were the best rehearsed singing act in the business.
The greatest vocal group ever.
except the 4 freshmen & the singers unlimted,
Always rushed home to watch them on the Rosemary Clooney Show. Wonderful harmony!!!!! Andy - Singapore
When I use to listen to the Hertz jingle sang by the Hi Los, I love everythang they sang! They can sing the contact list!
The greatest harmonizing......well named HI-LO's with their wide octave range.....fabulous!
Almost as good as The Four Freshmen! 🎉
The Hi Lo's also provided the fine vocals on Hertz Rent-a-Car commercials back in the day.
Spectacular. Gene Puerling rewrote the rules on vocal arranging.
The shake on “I’m” at 0:19 is so tasty. They are so dang smooth and sound incredible.
Genius
LOVE!xoxo The Clarences
i love how clueless they were how gay this would seem 70 years down the road
