I always try to apply your tips to my plus size, mature figure. Classics work regardless the waistline. I do tuck my blouses, sans belt though. A jacket or in summer, a tailored blouse over a tee shirt, are my go-to.

Beige, sand, pink, tan, white, black, black, black and camel.... nice but it can be a little boring and wash one out, especially when oneself is tan or darker. Surely an elegant lady can wear other colors and prints especially if the skin tone can bear it or it is enhanced. Or am I wrong? You are right, there are many pluses to dressing in neutrals, and I get your point with regards to understated, classy elegance-- but too understated can be wallflowery; however, I love your sense of style and classiness. This is the first realistic and informative video that I watched about fashion for genuinely curvy women. As an Indian who loves to wear Western outfit at times, a video like this one is Godsend, as we usually have a pretty different structure than our Western sisters, and can be clueless about putting outfits together properly.

I never knew it looked so good. One thing that I find not elegant at all is the holey jeans which I believe are called distressed jeans. That just ruins the whole outfit for me.

Love your channel and you’re really lovely! My issue is that I’m an “Apple”. I’m curvy but I’m big on top and my legs aren’t big. I have wide shoulders, large arms and breasts and belly. Yep I’m curvy as well now. Always been a skinny size 8/10 but now have thyroid issues and 5ft 3 ! I haven’t found a pair of jeans that fit me right yes, instead I’m wearing Next Jeggings in a 16 which do the job but there’s no tuckins. I have the clothes it’s putting them together 😢
You have to try Mango's range called Violeta. They have great clothing for curvy ladies . Some of the things shown in this video are from the same range. I am very satisfied with their quality and design. I have also thyroid issues for the last 3 yrs so I can understand your struggle. They even have outlet with great bargins.

I love black on black but it can look so not put together if the blacks are “off”. It’s really hard to match them.
