IMO cornflake is one of the worst food you can put in your body apart from soft drinks. It's basically made from corn, sugar aka high fructose corn syrup, and added flavor. It also has a high GI. It is common in the USA as they do monoculture and have access amount of corn. compare to price it cost a penny to make. A better alternative can be Oats or Muesli(without sugar). If available in Dhaka please also do a review of them. anyway, nice video. peace.
