Hi headmistress, there are a lot of mistakes in your presentation about the matriculation program. Just for your information.
what r the mistake?
@@user-ku1ou9cp3f I tried to list down some of the mistakes here:
a) One of the biggest mistakes is that if you want to become a lawyer, you can register to study the account stream in the matriks. Once graduated, it opens up all the opportunities to study all the "arts" related programs in universities e.g. economics, finance, accounts, business, etc.......
b) I don't think you can apply for exemption for any subjects in matriks even though you scored A/A+ in an SPM. All subjects are compulsory
c) To be successfully recruited, 85% is too low for non-bumi. Should aim for at least 97% (academic + co-co) to be safe.
d) Pure science stream students in SPM can also apply for account stream in matriks if they want to become a lawyer or want to study "arts" related subjects in universities. However, pure art stream students in SPM cannot apply for science or engineering streams in matriks. The merit point calculation doesn't require BM and BI. Pure science students can also apply to study engineering stream in matriks.
e) For the appealing process, a student may appeal a few times. If 2nd time fails, can appeal for 3rd time, 4th time. There were students recruited from 3rd / 4th appeal.
f) You can't choose which matriculation colleague you want to study. There is no option for that. It is randomly given by KPM. You may appeal to change later with very solid reason.
g) If you aim to study the very competitive programs such as medicine, you must score band 4 min in your MUET exam.
