Have them play for the worst or one of the worst Nations in the database (edit the team to play a 3-5-1-1 or 3-5-2 Diamond) and see if they can their country the most world cups in History and even potentially go 3 in a row.
You just gotta know what countries usually produce good regens and scout their national teams and squads, serbia, japan, colombia etc are great for this
