You have beautiful colors for sure, but some video/photo/filter/blue lights AF boost colors is probably the reason why lol, I do it come on bro keep it 100
I love your tank, but especially, the back side, it looks like you have applied flat rocky panels and the corals grow on it? could you tell me how / what did your do? I have been looking for background panels for a while...
I've pretty much never rinsed frozen food off - ever. Just never made sense to me to do that, even though I heard many times from others that it needs to be rinsed. I was actually surprised when you said you didn't rinse it either. Really nice tank.
Wow very beautiful! I'm starting on this hobby. Just doing the cycle right now. I will be paying more close attention to your channel. Thanks for sharing.
ABSOLUTELY amazing really good video I'm very green just started my very first reef tank a 90 gallon . What's the best advice u could give also where can I get the best bang for my buck on buying corals thanks
actually its on a frag plug, entire plug is covered...shud i just glue it to where i want it to carpet? its been growing kinda slow. maybe cuz i been moving it alot
My fav coral to feed was my orange plate...it reminded me a bit of an upside down starfish...if you put food near the outside of the plate, it would pass the the food from tentacle to tentacle until it made its way into the middle mouth. I would often hand feed it by just reaching in with a chunk of squid or shrimp and hand it off and watch it do its thing.
Really nice response from the corals. How many times a day or how did you feed your fish besides those corals feeding? Did you also feed them frozen on daily basis or just dry food?
Loved you coral feeding video, the coloration on your corals is amazing, I'm having a problem with green hair algae, have you used any product called Vibrant or Phosguard, I probably feed too much, I have high quality lights, any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi, First off all well done with this video, your tank looks amazing. So my question for you is do you only feed your fish twice a week when feeding the coral or more? also what size is you tank set up. Kind Regards, Luke.
i see that polyp booster is an amino acid. Can I substitute Brightwell's amino? I have some teeny tiny holy grails micromussa and I am tired of waiting until lights go off at night to feed them! Amazing how the feeders came out using that! How do you keep nitrtaes in control? That was quite a lot of food!
Great example of fish overstocking. No wonder your nutrients are out of control. There is an easy way and hard way to this hobby. You chose the hard. Either way your reef looks great.
OMG!..... this is one of the, if not "THE" most gorgeous reef tank I've ever seen!!.... this is my EXACT dream tank.... just as good if not better than most on display over at Long Beach aquarium of the pacific and even Monterey Bay.. one day I tell ya, one day..... a girl can dream you know... lol most girls dream of marrying a doctor or lawyer whom spoils them w/ diamonds and designer fashions and I'm over here a single mama of 2 little adorable monsters dreaming of a kick ass reefer who will adorn me with designer clown fish and anemones 😉😜 #Priorities ALSO I AM ENTERING YOUR CONTEST EVEN THOUGH ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR!!! Better late than never I reckon'... Now go ahead and please tell me I won your tank, this tank.... jk*
I’d say you have good nutrient levels because you have a billion corals…sure your bacteria levels are good too, but those corals are grabbing it all. It’s well stocked for sure. Small system.
Yeah but what lens are you using on your camera to make them appear this fluorescent color on video? It’s misleading to make it seem as if feeding colors turned them the color shown in the video with the naked eye..
amazing tank no doubt... but.... no one is going to mention the tangs? Obviously his tank is doing great but the tangs are not a long term solution. i'm sure you know but just a disclaimer for the newbs
I'm happy every time you bring out a video. just a great reef tank. fantastic colors. Unfortunately, there is no rod's food in germany. I would have liked to try it. thanks for the view/ report.
if you’re saying not to defrost the food as rinsing... then i rinse because there the moisture that has been absorbed to freeze the food is helpful to keep it frozen. then all i need to do is strain it. i’ll try the reef roid & fuel mix
@@eatsleepreef9565 I think I burned it with both light and high dkh. Over these weeks I have moved it to top left (where spotlight from led is dimmer) and have SUPER high flow. It was bleaching before but I lowered my alkalinity from 12-13 to around 10.5 (tested yesterday) now its a ezpz coral and made a 100% recovery!
You can do the same thing just use what hes useing and turn the blue lights till the white sand is blue and pick up a camera filter at your local coral reef store🥂
I have a question what can I do to encourage my hammer 🔨.to fully open up .I’ve tried moving it to the middle of the tank & to the send bed I’ve also tried adjusting the light & flow and still not opening up, it’s only been a few days since I got it. I also brought some Duncan and they all opened up
I've found that not rinsing food on smaller systems works alright (works totally fine on my 37 gallon cube) but on my 150 gallon system I absolutely would not recommend feeding unrinsed mysis or frozen food of any kind. Not because of the additional nutrients but because when feeding larger quantities of frozen food, the oils from the shrimp cause the skimmer to shut down for several hours (usually around 4-5). This can cause some serious algae outbreak problems in the long run, especially if you feed every day. In my experience you're better off feeding rinsed mysis / frozen blend, and then feeding the corals with Reef Roids and maybe some live phyto which should be more than sufficient for both your softies and LPS/SPS.
Had nice acan. Was doing amazing growth the lot. One day just didn't open again. Been like it for week now. Not gone white. What is don't get the clown fish keep trying to cover it with sand. Never done that before. It's like they already know it's dead?
Very helpful information as I've been asking a lot of people how I should feedmy fish and coral and no one has really answered me. Thanks
Love the zoas garden ❤️
Thanks
Looks great!
Perfect mix of corals! Is the tank a 90g cube?
You have beautiful colors for sure, but some video/photo/filter/blue lights AF boost colors is probably the reason why lol, I do it come on bro keep it 100
Great video, beautiful tank, cheers!
I didn't know about the Polup-Booster. Thanks for the tip!
Very helpful thanks
Pretty cool! Where did you get that long feeding tube?
LFS
Thanks! Do you remember what it is called?
Nice, I pretty much feed the same way. Thanks for the vid!
I love your tank, but especially, the back side, it looks like you have applied flat rocky panels and the corals grow on it? could you tell me how / what did your do?
I have been looking for background panels for a while...
I have a video on here. In regards the the GSP
Cool video
Yes! This is exactly the type of explanation and example shots we need. Great video.
Could you possibly do a video on the filtration system ? Plzzz 🙏
I looking into making my own tank soon
I've pretty much never rinsed frozen food off - ever. Just never made sense to me to do that, even though I heard many times from others that it needs to be rinsed. I was actually surprised when you said you didn't rinse it either.
Really nice tank.
Thanks. Ya I see no need
Beautiful tank. What kind of blue and yellow looking coral you have on the right front side of your tank?
Love your zoa garden and I’m going to give it a try. Keep up the awesome videos. 👍
What’s ur lighting stats I love it it’s blue but the corals are so bright do u think it will work with AI hydra
100% blues+ 100% saturation= colorful corals
100blues good water chemistry, great coral coloration and health 0 saturation equals colorful corals 🤙🏼😉
And a good blue light camara filter lolll.
Haters gonna hate!
Hahahahahaha hahahah 🤙🏼😉
@@eatsleepreef9565 tank is looking good man. Keep it up!
Wow very beautiful! I'm starting on this hobby. Just doing the cycle right now. I will be paying more close attention to your channel. Thanks for sharing.
Welcome and thanks 🤙🏼
You have a lot of coral when they start touching you better get your fraging supply’s out
Nice video. I use reef roids and love the stuff.
The rinsing frozen is as much of a debate here in the UK as well 🐕👍
What size is your reef tank, and did you ever have coralline algae on your glass
The tank was a 45. Never grew in the glass only on rock. And never a whole lot either
ABSOLUTELY amazing really good video I'm very green just started my very first reef tank a 90 gallon . What's the best advice u could give also where can I get the best bang for my buck on buying corals thanks

Yes exactly. Glue it where you would like for it to grow

Awesome Tips bro. Keep up the great work and dope looking tank bruh
Really nice response from the corals. How many times a day or how did you feed your fish besides those corals feeding? Did you also feed them frozen on daily basis or just dry food?
Sometimes dry sometimes frozen for fish. But I feed them everyday
Loved you coral feeding video, the coloration on your corals is amazing, I'm having a problem with green hair algae, have you used any product called Vibrant or Phosguard, I probably feed too much, I have high quality lights, any advice would be much appreciated.
Vibrant is amazing
What do you start and then move forward on a 38 gal thats new ? Beautiful reef THX
I've been thinking about switching to Rods and I think you've convinced me!
You won’t be disappointed
Have you ever used or are you currently also using at Acro power to help with coloration?
No that’s seems to be for ulm systems from what I hreR and towards SPS
That is the most incredible tank I've ever seen, the colors are unbelievably vibrant, great job.
damn this tank looks GREAT!!! keep doing what you do
Thanks CJ can’t wait to see you get back in 😉🤙🏼
What if mine is SPS dominant? Do i use this polyp booster and broadcast/direct feed them too?
Anychance do you have the parameter reading of the tank?
It helps for sure in SPS as wel as they have polyps as well. For SPS you can just broad cast feed the polyplab
You have a beautiful tank. It’s a showcase tank. The colors are so bright and vibrant. Great job on it.
Thanks
Very sweet tank nice filming too. Are you also dosing supplements too . Such as acro power or iodine or the Red Sea line ?
Can't believe the colors just great! One of the best on TH-cam
Appreciate that very much. 😊
How often do you do water changes? also what are you using for your filter media? Tank is beautiful btw!
Great video and info.
Thank you for the video

Beautiful tank, I'm just starting my first 20 g reef I hope I can see these kind of results😬
Hello , what Salt brand do you use ?
Red Sea blue bucket

You’re lucky you didn’t have Briopsis. A million times worse than GHA

Lush tank and impressed i cant see any tang police comments.. you obviously know what your doing and subs too.
Haha trust me they are out there! Thanks really appreciate the kind words and happy I was able to earn your subscription 😊🤙🏼
What size is this tank
I feed my polyps flakes when they steal it from the fish lol.
YA GIVE AWAYS!!!!
I'm 4 years late but hey 😂🤣😂
How do you keep that level of fish stocked. Seems a lot to me. I'm novice though.

What calcium and alkalinity products are you dosing?
Nice video! Looking to the new year! Happy Holidays!
Same to you 🤙🏼
How big is your tank?
Your so awesome ! Thank you for all your videos :) god bless
Glad I am able to bring value to all of you 😉
1 of the best reef tanks I have ever seen great job
Why is there tangs in this system? Also over stocked. This is cruel
I'd be interested to know the volume of this tank.
45 gallons
What is that beautiful blue and yellow coral on the right side?
So beautiful your tank, thanks for sharing it.
Can you give me advice on Montipora Setosa. Lighting and flow? etc.
Honestly mine liked medium to high light medium to high flow. For me very easy coral

What time do you feed? Before lights going off ?
Yup exactly that’s when corals tend to begin feeding in the wild
Is the video in this altered at all? Because if not this looks wild!
Wow love this tank. Sharp looking.
What is the coral in the front bottom that looks like it’s got white dashes on it?
What are the zoas on the bottom front right called?
Hawaiian agave
Whatre your lighting specs?
how much white light do corals need whites cause algea correct
You feed this amount only twice per seven days?
Yes that is correct
Amazing for a 45gal AIO tank. Better than bigger tanks with sump and all the expensive equipments.
Great info and such a beautiful tank!
Amazing update swing over our Channel take a sneak peek at a wave my pump video
I use a mix of oyster feast, reef roids and coral aminos.
Does your live clam filter your tank well, that’s assuming that the blue thing towards the tank is a live clam.
Where do you buy rods food
So you only feed your fish twice a week?
that is an amazing set up. I love the coral's colors .
I just received my roids and the polyp booster annnnnnd the v2 view lens!! Lol thanks for sharing all your knowledge. My mentor from afar!! ❤️
This is the most colorful tank I've ever seen it's gorgeous. Thanks for sharing
You can do the same thing just use what hes useing and turn the blue lights till the white sand is blue and pick up a camera filter at your local coral reef store🥂
I switched from reef roids to benereef. You should look into benereef.
Love the gel filter 😆💪
Beautiful reef thanks for the tips
