- Today we are breaking down everything you need to know to play Gospel piano in minor keys! Everything from basic minor scales, to common chord progressions, to adding fat, full and advanced passing chords to minor progressions.
If you need an introduction to minor Gospel songs, harmony and theory then this is a great place to start. Most of these concepts can be used and applied when playing jazz songs in minor keys as well as minor songs from other genres.

Yo Doc, just get MK Sensation Xtreme by GospelMuscian. It has all the bread and butter sounds you need.

In most of our videos we use the Ravenscroft piano and a pad from pure synth by Gospel Musicians
Possibly “Grateful” by Kurt Carr (on the same CD as “For Every Mountain”). Btw, this video was great for me!
