I'm not a doctor, but I feel more concerned about the diagnosis regarding her husband. First fainting after orgasim sounds abnormal, I believe her hubby need to be seen by a serious doctor not Mugo wa wairimu. This guy maybe having some serious medical issues that needs attention ASAP.
