omg ! you did it again.... i made this soup ... and didnt have lasagna noodles so i substituted my gluten free penne pasta (i did regular macaroni for hubby) ... and i did a dollop of the ricotta cheese mixture ... wow ... we both loved this soup ..!!!! thank you so much this is going into my recipe book for sure !

BTW, if you ever wonder how much we all love you, please know that your broccoli cheese rice casserole is a Christmas must have in our family. I've been asked to make it every year since the first time I watched your video on it back in 2020. My husband calls your recipes "DNFW" which means "Do Not F With". LOL! It's a compliment, I promise because he only uses that term for what he deems are perfect recipes.

Oh wow! That is rather epic. I made a single dish of lasagna for Christmas and that was enough for me to make this soup when my son wanted lasagna again. 😂
Hi! Can you edit the ingredients list to include the lasagna noodles plus add the cooking instructions. I like to write down recipes I want to try and almost missed adding the noodles Looks great! can't wait to try.❤

I even use Italian sausage in my spaghetti sauce...😂 The more garlic, the better! Excellent. I have everything except the Italian sausages. I make a variation of this but use only Italian sausage for the meat and change up the pastas. Bowtie pasta is used more than others. I always sprinkle Parmesan on top as well.
Can you slow cook the lasagna soup. I like to do my soups all day. I can’t use onions because I am allergic to them. I can do onion powder. If I slow cook it, when should I put in the pasta?
Great job! I love these kinds of soup. I will sometimes use a little cornstarch slurry to thicken them. As an aside, it often makes me laugh to see people using "extra lean" hb and then adding oil (as if you can't drain it to your taste), or "unsalted butter" and then salting the dish. The excuse is always, "that way I control it"... Ha. It's similar to watching a cooking show where the host carefully gloves up before breaking down a cut of meat, and then seasons it by reaching into a ramekin of "fancy"salt or spices, wearing those same gloves. Are they tossing the ramekins contents afterwards? Ha!

No, it didn't render a lot oddly enough. It's always a toss up. I skimmed any extra that renders after adding the broth and liquids.
