Unfortunately I don't think it's that easy, if it was it would have been done years ago. The trouble is in the middle east, if you remove the existing power there's no telling how many groups will attempt to take over. The average Iranians we'd all like to see take back control of Iran tend not to be the ones that know how to fight, unlike the various Islamist militias that effectively control regions of Iran. If you remove the power structure of Iran then you'll likely see absolute chaos, as we saw during the "Arab Spring".
Israel is tiny but mighty! To fight against the most dangerous neighbourhood that is massive in size and manpower, it must use their ingenious brain which is unsurpassed. Also they fight for their survival.
