I know you don't have nt watch Olympic lift but you should do a video on Clarence Kenedy best lifts, specifically his Squat.
Yeah I should, he is an absolute specimen and trains with real intensity
I would love to see a Clarence0 review!
My goat, transforms 2 min of footage into 30 min of content
Did not expect a SINERGY reference‼️‼️ (I only know about them from the Children of Bodom connection)
To hear Stories from Rick de la Sticks Old days at college or working as a bouncer is a humongous pleasure
Step 1: Train hard, and choose exercises that work for you
Step 2: Eat a lot of food
It's a very simple system.
Step3: sleep well to recover well
Step 4: "special sports supplements" until liver/kidney/heart failure (0RIR)
@@nik-challengeman383 your adding too many steps brother
Just horsecock weights fellas
step 1: lift (optional)
Best lifting content on TH-cam
If I'm not early to Mister Juice Del Hagen's video - I'm not worthy of life on this green earth thank you rick de la stick for these gifts
Hell yes!!!! Nothing better to end a Saturday night than Rick the Stick. Best content on youtube!
not benching is hilarious
RP pilled 🤣
Best advice I got from RP was periodizing my diet. That's it.
just hit a pr on my katana overhead triceps tsunami swords THANK YOU STICKYYYYYYY
I fully support this brand of content from Rick the stick. Really like hearing your opinion on this kinda stuff and it's really entertaining! Keep it up sticky ricky!
Is 2 min watched over 33 min a new record?
You are the Redbar of bodybuilding.
Fricky can you make a video of your OWN tier maker series for best exercises sprinkled in with some tasty tidbits tits and tips too? That would get you lotta views and lots of content for days. Even though we all know what exercises you ll pick most likely but would still be 🔥 to watch!
I keep seeing this. It's what the people want, right, folks?
It would be 3 parts, 7 hours long and he would only get to 4 exercises
Sticky Ricky already has said that it doesnt really matter what the exercise is, its about how hard you go on them.
He would need a editor for that. Ricky has said himself he is not Mr. Technology.
Tier lists are so played out at this point
Bro, love your videos keep up the great content.
Rick de La Stick AKA Rick Del Hagen AKA Sticky Ricky AKA Dr. Density back at it again with the quality content. This one is a little bit shorter than last time but i'll take what i can get.
Seriously love this vid Rick, very glad I found your channel
Mr. Bugenhagen's shoulders looking thick, solid, and tight.
Dr Michael & Scott Featherson are my favorite fitness influencers.
Dr. Mike is proof that you can get seriously strong and jacked, be at the top of your industry, and still exude massive beta male energy
Probably why he's so popular with nerdy lifters
I was laughing hard the first minute idk wtf you ranting about but enjoyed it. Thanks for the tips.
@38:00 haha “nothing to say that won’t get us cancelled.”
Your videos always crack me up. Can't wait for more haha
