For me, At The Heart of Winter would be at 'A Tier' Sons of Northern Darkness & Pure Holocaust be moved to 'S Tier' also would move Northern Chaos God's to 'A Tier' just cause Demonaz and Horgh really impressed me, it's the album I was waiting for for so many years. I totally agree with you on what you said about ATHOW and Damned. Most fans like to discredit those efforts by the band. Good shit man.

My favorite black metal band for a lot of time. The first three albums are classics that would deserve a much higher rank, maybe I would givenan S to all of them. At the heart of winter and later albums are cool sure so many great songs but I mean the production, the raw and grim sound and Demonaz desperate and complicated riffs are really unmatched. If you think the first Immortal albums have "production problems" maybe you didn't really get the whole point behind 2nd wave norwegian black metal. You even put all shall fall higher than DMF, wtf literally everyone who listens to immortal would say that ASF is mostly lame boring nuclear blast black metal while DMF is a fucking black metal classic, man chronologically it's maybe the second or the third album of the whole scene.
