hi everyone! thanks for watching my last vlog of the year 🥹 i cannot believe how much the channel has grown this year! i am so so happy that u are here :)
I work in cybersecurity and feel imposter syndrome very often - I find the best way to combat it is to just look back on all the things I've done already, and remembering that the company hired me because they believe that I can do the job. You got this!
In summer this yr I started as a DC Network Engineer for an ISP, I have the impostor syndrome aswell, there are lot of concepts and architecurets I dont understand yet. Some of the seniors/ experts have CCIE and I dont have ccna. @ajboilanger what field in cybersecurity are you? I work parttime and the rest i do my degree in Cybersecurity:)
I've learned to journal daily to combat imposter syndrome. Tracking myself and my thoughts has made remembering I've worked hard to get where I am today. Best of luck with conquering it!
I have seen many software engg vlogs but never seen someone talks about their work at the company. which i like the most others only focus on good stuff but never talk about the difficult part of it. Keep it up

❤the content. It is so fun to watch! As to imposter syndrome, I find it help me if I shift my mindset from “I must know everything” to “I’m here to learn and grow.”
One of the finest week in the life vlogs I have seen on TH-cam. Your videos are so soothing and calm and at the same time you managed to dug deep and elaborated your work profile and how you manage your work on your daily life basis which is truth be told quite rare and precious at the same time. This is how a vlog should be. An overall touch of everything. Very good work!! New Subscriber here ❤
good luck but if you don't have experience or even if you do, each job application you put in you will be competing with over 1,000 other applicants for one position lol
I graduated with a CS degree 1.5 years ago, couldn't find a job as a SWE, now I'm in tech sales since I needed a job. This video has inspired me to give it one more shot, videos like these are the ones that inspired me to go into CS in the first place. Been a long time since a day in the life of a SWE video has popped up in my feed, really enjoyed it!
It looks like you are doing what it takes and have got this! Reinforcing the fact that you are there because you bring certain value to the table, which the company needs and values! Once you realize that internally, it might get a bit easier to move past the imposter syndrome! Cheers, and good luck in your role!
I absolutely loved this video. Thank you for being so genuine and sharing both the good and the bad, as well as your honest feelings. This was a great motivator to carry on studying:)
I have worked for over 7 years as a SE at multiple companies (also some startups), and have been programming for over 10 years. I love the quality and passion you put in your videos. It's so beautiful, and fun and engaging to watch. My compliments. I don't know you, but honestly, I'm just proud of you. :)
Yes, the fear is real. I was in infrastructure production support for 20 years and now it is strange not to have to worry when you go out. You are not alone, With almost 30 years in the field and I still have imposter syndrome. Keep it up you are doing great!!
Ahh I just found your channel but the vibes are so good! I’m starting my first ever tech job as a software developer intern in a few months and I am so nervous. Your videos are definitely calming my nerves and helping with my confidence. Thank you for the tips, gonna channel your energy in a few months :D
Small tip on the Amazon paging app, you can set the first minute of the page to be 10% volume. I do this so that when I get paged when I'm awake, I can just address the page without the page bothering everyone. Really helps prevent the loud alarm in public. :)
Your videos are so relaxing! Also your content is really interesting. I always enjoy these week in the life videos. I’m mentally preparing myself to return to office life since I’ve been doing remote work for the past 4 years. Weird to see my colleagues in person again but these videos are actually helping me to get ready for the big change to my current lifestyle.
I had seen your intern video and now this popped up on my feed today, you've come a long way. Congratulations !!! Your videos are quite a motivation for me, they're so positive and feel good. Hoping to make it to the top of the hill soon to experience all this ! Anyways, Kudos to you !
Hi Sarah, I am from Brazil, and I don't know if you will find it weird, but I just made a marathon of your vlogs because I identified with you a lot! I am a difficult person to make friends, and I'm at the graduation yet; seeing your vlogs just makes me feel calm about my time at the university and gives me more hope to find a job again soon. I have 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer but here in brazil, things are not so good for the tech community, Thank you so much for your vlogs, especially the one you made called "its ok to feel Lost." I am excited to see more of your vlogs and congrats for the amazon job too!

I watched your video where you talked about your experiences getting an internship at amazon. It was a huge help and I just got accepted yesterday! Thank you so much!
I've been oncall for the last 11 years now, and although it does get better, if you are that kind of person, you will always feel a bit of anxiety that you can get called. Even when you know you can fix it. Just know that the problem you get is most likely not unique and someone might have fixed it before, so get comfortable searching though closed incidents, and now with AI it helps a lot guiding you in the right direction.
Just stumbled on this channel, this is one of the most realistic day in the life as a software engineer. Also, soon I as I heard Joyce station I perked up, use to live there. Great work.
This is one of the best video i've ever seen, as a junior full stack dev myself, I felt so motivated after watching this... Keep going..!! Loved to see more videos from you...!!!!!!!
15 years in IT support taught me it's all about communication - if the customer feels heard, listened to and communicated with, they'll generally be happy - you can keep people in a holding pattern almost indefinitely as long as the customer gets the warm fuzzy feeling that something is being done. Conversely where I'd see engineers prioritise fixing the problem rather than communicating, the customer would actually think nothing was being done and would more often than not get annoyed fairly quickly.
Thats so so interesting to see a work week in your life especially as I worked till August '24 for Amazon for over 6 years (last as an operations manager for the Customer Service in Germany) so it is really interesting to see such a different "type" of job in the same corporation. Thank you for sharing that :)
As someone that has owned their own business for over 28 yrs and basically did this rightout of school my fave thing is I learn something new everyday. That can reduce imposter syndrome. That said and this might sound weird but sometimes IS not not a bad thing. Continued success and enjoy your content.
This was an awesome video, thanks for the insight on working at these orgs. Also nice touch with the Michael Scott audio as a background for some scenes
trust me being on call is like this for everyone. you are in a constant stage of stress and fear that if I do this will this happen and how will I do this. really great seeing your vids and getting through 👍
Hi, I am changing my job now and it is so stressful but I believe in myself and stay positive. Thanks for your videos, they give me feeling that I am not alone struggling with these challenges and make me more confident, I appreciate it)
Hey Sarah! Your videos are really inspiring, TH-cam suggested me one of your videos about a month ago and I have been really amazed by your content - its very realistic. One thing which really helps me fight imposter syndrome is believing that all of us are on our own individual journey, even two sides of a coin aren't same so there is no point in comparing. If you like reading I would suggest reading the power of now! Its an amazing book. Also I had a question regarding your resume - for the SDE internship what all things did you add on your resume, also did you have any projects which you highlighted ? Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the kind words and the book rec! for my resume, i included my previous work experience and also some projects and volunteer work i did :)
I work just at YVR26 and have even seen you once. Oncall is definitely the most stressful part of my job at AWS. What helps me is to take notes of everything so even if I don’t have the time to resolve or fix a ticket root cause, the next oncall will have a good starting point and I don’t have to remember details.
I am also part of an on call rotation. But due to the size of the company I'm also acting SME on couple of topics I just started learning about 1 year back. So the imposter syndrome and self doubt is constantly there. For me how to snap myself out is to distract my mind from going down this rabbit hole. Go for a small walk or watch one chapter of a Manga. It's not always easy and you may come back still a bit down. But practice makes perfect. Your channel is really enjoyable. 🎉🎉 Keep going at it!
Every time I watch any coder video, a certain inspiration wakes me up. I feel very happy in the environment of big tech companies. I am also excited to achieve this company as a SE
Cool video, like the little sound clips. I've never gotten completely over my imposter syndrome, but in my previous career and my new career as a swe, the best way I deal with it is to save as much money as possible, that way even if I am an actual imposter, the worst thing that can happen is I need to find another job. Good luck!
German junior dev here. I really like the chill style of you vlogs, great work! One thing that bugs me out is hearing about having on-call work included in you compensation by default. Smth like that would never be feasible here in germany - even if you compensation IS actually accounting for on-call, i personally would much rather appreciate a lower base line and a bit of money on top for doing out-of-hour work. This whole "you are expected to" does not really vibe with me haha
In regards of permanent work from the office - Ive been there for almost 5 years - it was about 30 minutes per day to get there and back home. I always thought 30 mins is fine but since 3 years working remotely changed my mindset a lot. Yea, of course I had books, I could learn etc. but this is not the best way to spend about 125 hours per YEAR (if you work for about 250 days). Just enjoy the time in the amazon, get the experience and chose the company which respect your lifetime. We are both young but the biggest issue is that you will not be able to take this time back which u spent on getting to the job and home. The IT world is huge - I was in love with large corp but after few years I tried working in smaller company with their own product and that was my perfect spot :)
I am a Senior Network Engineer. Being on-call is just part of life. I do get paid extra for being on-call. It's the law in the UK. I spend a lot of my time in Data centres and on command line configurations. Yes we all have to learn so don't beat yourself up about it. I have 11 years of networking (Cisco, Juno's etc) and I am always learning new things but with experience comes confidence. It will come and keep your head in the books. I put 3 hours a week study or catching up on the latest tech in my field.
I always felt lost at work, am I too bad for what I'm supposed to do, but with times I tried to look back a little bit, and realized that I was just really lucky to have such hight experimented people arround me, so I feel more like I'm gonna learn something new each time I fail on something. These days I'm doing a project alone, so that means that I'm in charge to resolve all the issues etc So I just do my best and to deliver something good. I'm still a student (but graduating soon) so there's plenty of things that I don't know and experience will help me get through this, you cannot success without failing (or you're just gifted).
Severance is amazing. can’t wait for the new season! Interesting video and nice to see how on call works at another company. I’ve been on call 24x7 for the past 12 months as a linux plat for engineer. I enjoy it but have to take my work phone and laptop everywhere i go! I do get paid extra for it so that’s good, certainly would not be doing it for so long otherwise. How often do you have to do your week on call?
I despise being on call so much that I will no longer accept jobs that have any on call. The anxiety and 3am wake ups to fix stuff just to find that when your coworkers get those alerts they just sleep through them is not healthy. Good luck on your journey!
How excited are you for Severance season 2? I'm so glad I waited almost three years to watch it. I can't imagine having to wait literal years to know what happens next.
I love your videos because you show the perception of the corporate life, obviously for the tech departments but it also applies for other departments, lice CST (I know because I've been there). I think we were all like this in the beginning, kinda out of out depth, kinda overconfident, kinda scared and we definitely all had imposter syndrom
I've been working as a dev for 3 years -- what helps me get over thoughts of imposter syndrome is the fact people who are smarter than me think I belong on their team. If you're there, it's because you are supposed to be. Enjoy the journey of never-ending learning that is working in tech :)
Reminds me of my EKS On-Call days, the level of deep dive one has to do during SupportOps and working with SDE's. I did though hate waking up someone for a sev2. 😅
I would like to thank you for the insights we get from your life, you are living my current dream! I wonder if I should maybe weekly vlog my internship at CERN in Switzerland, quite an experience for me, but I am hesitating! Thanks for this video!
This was a nice trip down memory lane for me. I can still hear the sound that my Blackberry would make when an on-call issue came up. I'm so old. Hang in there!
I'm the same about working around people talking. I never noticed until COVID, our office was empty and after when everyone started coming back I was struggling with concentrating with all the noise.
I previously worked on an Incident Response team at Amazon and I’d stay home all week when I was on-call😭. Literally lived like a hermit. Thankfully my new team *should* not be like this.
SWE here as well. I definitely share the feeling of imposter syndrome. I think it's something that comes along for everyone, but you just have to do your best and it will go away over time. I haven't had my first on call shift yet - I guess my biggest worry is if I can even fix the thing that comes up and how long will it take!
I’m 61. I’m a self-taught developer who has been a web developer since the early 90s. My advice. Trust your instinct because you are WAY smarter than you think and what you know is RIGHT. Trust your instinct.
Work in the AWS teams, our oncall is hectic and crazy pretty much every time. Think my team at peaks will regularly receive around 10-20 sev2s a day, with each being about an hour to 2 hour resolution times. Is the worst part of the job and my pager has created bad anxiety for me, whenever I hear another person's go off, the heart immediately drops
Hi Sarah, I love your videos ! :) They always make me so happy and you're such an inspiration to me! As a girl in my final year of computer science, majoring in cybersecurity, I really look up to you. Do you have any recommendations for landing a first security engineer or ethical hacker role at a big tech company? Are there any big tech companies you'd personally recommend? (btw love The Office references 😜)
hi ! i love seeing more girls in cs :)) i am not too sure what it takes for a security engineer role but i think it will involve some technical interview questions practice !
Great video! I wanted to ask if blurring your work screens was an option? I wouldn't want your employer to use this as a reason to discipline you. Keep up the great work!
Liked the way you have showcased your week with as much details as possible. I wanted to know what happens when you fix a paged issue, does it go to QA/SDET first or you deploy it to live directly if it passes your unit tests? Does your team have QA/SDET?
this was such a great video! im in a completely different field but i get what you mean by the imposter syndrome since i feel it too. Just remember that you worked hard and totally deserve to be where you are in life! what's the name of the japanese cafe you were in? it was so cute!
you're inspired me to start my own vlog as dev, but in german haha :) really like your style. how much time do you spent on planning and producing such video? it feels so natural. I also tried to record some footage for "return to the office" video, but didn't manage to sqeeze anything particular, still in progress
aww thank you i appreciate that a lot! i will spend a couple hours planning out a shot list and what i want to say for each day. i think spending more time on the planning process will make the rest of ur filming editing process much more efficient
love the video :> super high qual as usual i was wondering for your talking segments dyou have a person helping film or is the zoom in’s and stuff like in post/during the take? :o
1:10 There is a trick to avoid any panic during Sev2 Tickets. You can "bounce" the ticket by setting it to pending and then back to work in progress. This thing done repeatedly resets the timer to 7hrs so you can avoid your manager getting paged P.S. Don't do this if the TT is related to some revenue generating service and do write checking in so that your manager and skip manager is aware that you are looking into it
@NilSound I thinks its the same for all orgs, but the advice was not intended for not solving a ticket but rather to avoid the manager getting involved in cases where u are not immediately available to address the TT and to avoid any sort of panic that new hires have. Secondary Oncalls are helpful in such cases
I'm nervous about speaking in public, too. I bet you'll do well, though. PS:: There's a good book named "Severance" by Ling Ma. I could hardly put it down till I finished it. Merry Christmas!
As someone who also works at AWS as a Support Engineer with AWS services that can be very code heavy/coding adjacent, I can definitely relate to the "Impostor Syndrome" part, even after 2 years, it still feels like I don't know anything, and have just been somehow magically staying afloat haha! Guess it always goes like that old saying, "Fake it till you make it!". Also, your Outlook alert at 3:41 had me looking at my own inbox dreading a reply from one of our customers, lol. >_
how did u learn to edit videos? the quality is rly good. for imposter syndrome, im also worried bc im starting a new grad job in tech this summer and im like rly antsy abt how life is gnna change and how i need to be much more responsible/qualified in my life 😢
hii i learn a lot from watching other ppls videos and i love life of riza! and i felt the exact same way before starting but before you know it it’ll feel like normal life :)
I think, to tackle imposter syndrome. Look back a month, 2 months etc and think “could I have done then, what I’m doing now?” Most times it would be “absolutely not”. Also, if you have regular 1-2-1 sessions with a manager, listen to their feedback and acknowledge and accept the positive feedback you get.
I used to work at Amazon - not SDE but local IT at the warehouse - and I miss the SIMT ticketing system; I noticed this is what you are working out of. When we switched over to SNOW, everything significantly got worse. As far as combating imposter syndrome, you don't. But just realize that you got hired for a reason to be an SDE at Amazon; it's not like the interview process is easy. #pay-equity is a good Slack channel you should join. It gives you a bunch of insight to how much every position at Amazon gets paid.
hi everyone! thanks for watching my last vlog of the year 🥹 i cannot believe how much the channel has grown this year! i am so so happy that u are here :)

What helps me is to take notes of everything so even if I don’t have the time to resolve or fix a ticket root cause, the next oncall will have a good starting point and I don’t have to remember details.
cool another vancouverite !! yesss i’ve started doing that ! it’s super helpful :)
I just recieved my computer science offer for uni today, super inspiring to see your videos!
congratulations!! you got this :)
🎉🎉 Keep going at it!
thats great advice! i’ll try it out :)
you are a true inspo! keep up the good work!!
🥺🥺🥺
Every time I watch any coder video, a certain inspiration wakes me up. I feel very happy in the environment of big tech companies. I am also excited to achieve this company as a SE
I’m so glad you get that feeling, it’s definitely a rewarding career path! 😄
Cool video, like the little sound clips. I've never gotten completely over my imposter syndrome, but in my previous career and my new career as a swe, the best way I deal with it is to save as much money as possible, that way even if I am an actual imposter, the worst thing that can happen is I need to find another job. Good luck!
hahaha that’s a great work around !
This whole "you are expected to" does not really vibe with me haha
love this channel...thanks for posting...I be on-call as well...i just bring my laptop everywhere I go after hours.
haha yes i’ve been doing this as well !
You have such a wonderful vibe, great video. Thanks for sharing.
🥰
Thank you so much 🤗
It's first video that i saw from your youtube channel and loved it❤
🥰🥰🥰
you're already doing amazing! please don't worry about imposter syndrome much as I see you going on the right track :-)
Thank you! It means a lot to hear that 😊
In regards of permanent work from the office - Ive been there for almost 5 years - it was about 30 minutes per day to get there and back home.
The IT world is huge - I was in love with large corp but after few years I tried working in smaller company with their own product and that was my perfect spot :)
thanks for ur comment! it is very insightful :)
I just started at a big law firm as a paralegal prepping for Law school. I enjoyed your video. Best of luck!
That’s awesome! You’re going to do great 👍
Hybrid is still the best in my eyes... can't believe we took CPSC 330 in the same term and now you're working at Amazon! Congrats!
omg hi !! time rlly flies !
Didn’t even know on call was a thing 😮 & CONGRATS on 22K SUBS ahhhh🎉🎉🥳🥳
heheheh luv u rochelle ❤️❤️❤️
I see another big office fan and an engineer. Glad I came across this channel.
bears, beets, battle star galactica
I always felt lost at work, am I too bad for what I'm supposed to do, but with times I tried to look back a little bit, and realized that I was just really lucky to have such hight experimented people arround me, so I feel more like I'm gonna learn something new each time I fail on something. These days I'm doing a project alone, so that means that I'm in charge to resolve all the issues etc So I just do my best and to deliver something good. I'm still a student (but graduating soon) so there's plenty of things that I don't know and experience will help me get through this, you cannot success without failing (or you're just gifted).
sooo true! i always think that if ur the smartest person in a room, ur in the wrong room :)
How often do you have to do your week on call?
wow on call everyday for a year ?? that’s really impressive! our on call rotations happen every 1.5 months
I despise being on call so much that I will no longer accept jobs that have any on call. The anxiety and 3am wake ups to fix stuff just to find that when your coworkers get those alerts they just sleep through them is not healthy. Good luck on your journey!
It can definitely be tough!
Total agree...I will not work on-call anymore.
How excited are you for Severance season 2? I'm so glad I waited almost three years to watch it. I can't imagine having to wait literal years to know what happens next.
i’m sooooooooooo excited!!! that was me too i just watched it in november :)
You got this! I love Severance can’t wait for the new season on Jan 17th
me too !!!!!
I love your videos because you show the perception of the corporate life, obviously for the tech departments but it also applies for other departments, lice CST (I know because I've been there). I think we were all like this in the beginning, kinda out of out depth, kinda overconfident, kinda scared and we definitely all had imposter syndrom
wow ty for this comment:) 🥹
I've been working as a dev for 3 years -- what helps me get over thoughts of imposter syndrome is the fact people who are smarter than me think I belong on their team. If you're there, it's because you are supposed to be. Enjoy the journey of never-ending learning that is working in tech :)
i’ve never thought of it that way! i rlly like what u said ty :)
Reminds me of my EKS On-Call days, the level of deep dive one has to do during SupportOps and working with SDE's. I did though hate waking up someone for a sev2. 😅
hahah i would feel bad too but it’s got to b done 😅
I would like to thank you for the insights we get from your life, you are living my current dream! I wonder if I should maybe weekly vlog my internship at CERN in Switzerland, quite an experience for me, but I am hesitating! Thanks for this video!
u absolutely should!! its always gonna b a fun video to look back on too :)
I’m starting my new grad swe position next year, these videos are helpful. Thanks!
Good luck! You're gonna do great!
I previously worked on an Incident Response team at Amazon and I’d stay home all week when I was on-call😭. Literally lived like a hermit. Thankfully my new team *should* not be like this.
oh man that’s tough ! i’m glad ur new team is better :)
SWE here as well. I definitely share the feeling of imposter syndrome. I think it's something that comes along for everyone, but you just have to do your best and it will go away over time. I haven't had my first on call shift yet - I guess my biggest worry is if I can even fix the thing that comes up and how long will it take!
I’m with you on the on-call worries, but I’m sure you’ll crush it! 👍
I’m 61. I’m a self-taught developer who has been a web developer since the early 90s. My advice. Trust your instinct because you are WAY smarter than you think and what you know is RIGHT. Trust your instinct.
I loveee severance. Waiting on season 2!!!
i’m literally sooo excited for it
"It's ok not to know everything right away "....... thank you :)
The vlog is good ❤
omg severance fan here! sometimes I kinda wish my future company could do that so I don't have to worry about work outside of work hours hehe
hahahah nooooo! that’s like 40 hours of ur week!! it’s about a third of ur waking time ur gonna forget 🥲
The The Office voice overs are the best!!
hehe my fav show !
As a former Amazonian, this brings back some good memories of working there. Enjoy!
😊😊😊
You are doing fabulous keep up the good work
Thank you so much 😊
Great video! I wanted to ask if blurring your work screens was an option? I wouldn't want your employer
to use this as a reason to discipline you. Keep up the great work!
yup they r blurred ! the text is not readable :)
They really put you on-call within a months as a new grad starting?
hahah yes i started early! but it depends on ur team :)
@@sarahliyt i see. The video shows like you are already in a good flow state for all of it. Best of luck and happy learning!
Watching this while also working on an alert because I’m on call too!
i hope ur shift goes well !!
Liked the way you have showcased your week with as much details as possible. I wanted to know what happens when you fix a paged issue, does it go to QA/SDET first or you deploy it to live directly if it passes your unit tests? Does your team have QA/SDET?
we don’t have QA! it will get deployed after it has been tested :)
I can relate to that pager ring. I work at Amazon as well. 😅
😊😊😊
Gracias por compartir tu experiencia de trabajo desde la oficina y aun mas por haber habilitado la opción de multiusos idioma.
De nada! 😄
this was such a great video! im in a completely different field but i get what you mean by the imposter syndrome since i feel it too. Just remember that you worked hard and totally deserve to be where you are in life! what's the name of the japanese cafe you were in? it was so cute!
tysm for watching !! the cafe recently just closed :/
you're inspired me to start my own vlog as dev, but in german haha :) really like your style.
how much time do you spent on planning and producing such video? it feels so natural.
Been doing on-calls for the last 5 years, I feel u :)
love the video :> super high qual as usual
i was wondering for your talking segments dyou have a person helping film or is the zoom in’s and stuff like in post/during the take? :o
both! sometime i ask my dad to help me 😅
1:10 There is a trick to avoid any panic during Sev2 Tickets. You can "bounce" the ticket by setting it to pending and then back to work in progress. This thing done repeatedly resets the timer to 7hrs so you can avoid your manager getting paged
P.S. Don't do this if the TT is related to some revenue generating service and do write checking in so that your manager and skip manager is aware that you are looking into it
I would think that's gonna screw the metrics, no? In my org, my skip-level always kept an eagle eye on Sev1/Sev2 oncall TT metrics
@NilSound I thinks its the same for all orgs, but the advice was not intended for not solving a ticket but rather to avoid the manager getting involved in cases where u are not immediately available to address the TT and to avoid any sort of panic that new hires have. Secondary Oncalls are helpful in such cases
oh wow thanks for sharing !
I'm nervous about speaking in public, too. I bet you'll do well, though. PS:: There's a good book named "Severance" by Ling Ma. I could hardly put it down till I finished it. Merry Christmas!
Thanks for the book recommendation! I'll definitely check it out. Merry christmas!!🎄
hahaha the sound of impending doommm
What camera do you use? The quality is immaculate!
how did u learn to edit videos? the quality is rly good. for imposter syndrome, im also worried bc im starting a new grad job in tech this summer and im like rly antsy abt how life is gnna change and how i need to be much more responsible/qualified in my life 😢
If you can do SWE, learning simple GUI video editing is a breeze
@ not rly asking abt the software, but more like timing the cuts, the music, the narration, zooms/pans and all that
hii i learn a lot from watching other ppls videos and i love life of riza! and i felt the exact same way before starting but before you know it it’ll feel like normal life :)
keep the vlogs coming ; you are good at it
will do !
I think, to tackle imposter syndrome. Look back a month, 2 months etc and think “could I have done then, what I’m doing now?” Most times it would be “absolutely not”. Also, if you have regular 1-2-1 sessions with a manager, listen to their feedback and acknowledge and accept the positive feedback you get.
great advice !!
It gives you a bunch of insight to how much every position at Amazon gets paid.
oh wow thanks for that! i will check out the slack channel :)
I love your vlogsss🎉

Really nice and calming video😊
Thank you! 😊
“Leave tips for imposter syndrome” - love how real you are.
