    This software is incredible!!! I've just analysed a deal that I'm securing - absolutely chuffed with that! My due diligence (which takes A LOT longer and I won't take that away) was matched and some additional analysis is in there such as long-term metrics - LOVE IT!!

    This is very helpful Jamie. I came across your channel a few week ago and all your videos are amazing! Please do more videos on bridging.

    The auction is a new feature, but it's hard to limit by area, I think it has great potential.

    I’m a trainee broker, relatively new to the game. I learn so much from you as well as my actual training. Really appreciate the videos 👍

    Like you said, lendlord is a all in one platform, can even apply for finance through it and check houses on auction? That is mind blowing 🤯 next thing will be have access to rightmove and zoopla data and show ROI and growth as you scroll (please lendlord do this😅)

    Great videos as always! Very interesting to watch. As far as constructive feedback goes, I’m quite a visual learner so it would be good to see some visuals examples when talking about how things are worked out.

    Hi Jamie, thanks once again for your amazing video. I was looking at a great opportunity(Auction) in my area. Now the listing is changed to STC and Sale by tender?
    Does that mean is gone already before even the auction took place?

    Is Lendlord only for auctions? What happens if I find a property I'd like to move quickly on? Can't I use it that way?

      @Pinnedby Jamie York... Let me guess some sort of tradeing scam, you will even sell your mother for a few dollor

    Hi Jamie , is it possible to use a bridging loan to use for the complete deal ? as in no money upfront for deposit etc

  • @adamhusk633
    @adamhusk633 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Extremely helpful but you lost me when you were talking about rates. How is 1% on a bridging loan more expensive then 3% on a mortgage? Genuine question I have clearly misunderstood something

    • @JamieYork
      @JamieYork  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bridging is 1% a month. Mortgage is per year

    • @RobynElms
      @RobynElms ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Adam, unless I am mistaken, 1% per month is same as roughly 12% per year bridging vs 3% mortgage in your example.

    I've got 270k equity in my house (value of 500k). What's the best way to utilise that equity?

    Can you also explain the actually costs of bridging or bridge to let as your quite misleading. What about bridging arrangement fee, paying their high legal fees additional survey fees etc. The monthly interest is not the biggest cost!

    • @matthewherbert5940
      @matthewherbert5940 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry did have some but still feel not all costs are covered eg as a Ltd bridge to let we need to pay bridging company legal fees 1.2k plus vat (not include my own) . On just 80k bridge to let....

  • @marioduhaney9357
    @marioduhaney9357 ปีที่แล้ว

    Okay so you bridge it and then refinance with a mortgage

  • @Ericohanmu
    @Ericohanmu 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Do you pay deposit when taking out bridging loan ?

    You couldn't lend me a few quid could you Jamie? 800k should do the trick.
