    Awesome post Ste, really clear. One extra thing I'd have liked to have seen is an example of how the figures then work when going through a BRR project and how much money might be left in out of that £72k etc...Maybe a part 2? Cheers, keep up the top drawer work.

    Can you use the bridge finance that’s being released to you to pay retained interest amount? If not why does the loan value you receive not remain at £150,000.
    Would I need the 50k cash deposit and then use loan amount to pay interest and other fees? Hence £129k being released to fund the refurb?
    Also, what company is this from?
    And would this company facilitate or do companies facilitate the refinance option in house and can you pre agree that in principal dependant on the refurbed increased value?

    How much actually goes into your bank account would it be the gross loan or the £200,000 used as the example in the video?
