This is a full artistic project, not just great music
The person came up with the character designs for the little creatures and robots REALLY understands 90's anime (presumably the same person as the animator themselves)
But animation is not good. Maybe they didn't have the budget? Her facial expressions were stiff and her lip movements felt off. The style is great though, but I wish they had made it better.
90s anime always a classic. I love it so much.

Go look up clips of the original Sailor Moon or Speed Racer, and you will see the similarities.
