My ola electric app shows sleeping since several months.No resolution yet.But,can I get MOVE OS 4 if it is in sleeping?
Raise a complaint in the app they'll resolve the issue remotely
You don't have to do this in ambattur chennai service center they will stick the thread with a better glue so you can use the way as it is
You can try araldite
You can try covering the metal thread with cotton thread used for packing and fevi quick that will make it stick very hard
Can you share photo or video of this fix
They did that with my scooter in service centre it just holds for 3 days max and i also tried aradite it still comes off

Dear all, My experience with ola is very very bad, their services are worst, no body will hear your problem and attend in time. All the time they give message of we are looking into it revert back, that's all after that they never come back. you have go on write mails, tweets complaints. No action will be taken.
