Try rebooting the scooter if that didn't solve it just raise a ticket ola people will do it remotely and one more thing offline issue sometimes happens if scooter is connected to wifi

It's a DC fast charger for ather but doesn't work directly for other brands except hero vida so they added 3 pin plug but earlier this year they turned off the 16 amp socket so now you cant use it anymore

Keep regen on low and use force regen for braking when driving in city and on highway turn off the regen but use force regen for braking

It's not it's actually normal for new gen 1 scooters with new belts

It's may be ,I just said because same noise come through my ola S1 pro ,as a engineer I find the problem and hit lubricant and problem gone. I suggest so that if the same problem you face ,you can resolve it quickly.👍

@@dinkarvijay gen 1 has covered belt and adler bearing for belt tensioning so it's different for gen 1 for gen 2 offcourse you can use small amount of grease to resolve the problem
