Auto wire winding and inserting machine

This machine is especially suitable for winding the coil for the high slot filling rate and small slot opening stators. Winding mode such as automatic skip, cutting and indexing can be completed at a time successively .Parameters can be set in HMI,winding tension is adjustable ,both continuous and discontinuous winding way are available,and meets 2 poles /4poles/6 poles winding requirement. Driven by hydraulic system and controlled by PLC,the machine expands the inner of the over-hang and wraps the external of the over-hang during forming process,it effectively ensures the over hang dimension and the appearance .The forming processes for the ID ,OD and height of the coil can be finished in one time ,the protective teeth could ensure the sufficient creepage distance.
