Always a pleasure to see Teaski on the course, and her swing looks much improved. At 75, my play has deteriorated to the point where I don't carry a handicap anymore (but figure it's in the low 20s), and I often carry just 7 clubs (mini-driver, 4h, 6i, 8i, pw, sw, and putter)--and often score better than I do with a full set.
I often would skip over this channel and only recently decided to watch an entire video. I am addicted already and don't think I've watched much anything else since. The content is top notch
For tee clubs, I have a driver and a 4I if I can't hit driver that day. I also have a 5w but I don't hit it well enough to use it in play. Play clubs, I have 5-PW and a 50° and 56° wedge and a putter of course. I'm starting to learn in what situations to use either of the wedges. I very roughly know my iron distances on a good hit and use phone GPS. Recently managed to get my first birdie on a par 4 thanks to that and some luck.
I learned to shoot in the upper 80’s with Driver (rarely used) 3w, 3,5,7,9,S putter. That was 30 years ago, I got a full set of clubs a few years later but I feel it helped me learn to hit shots early on.

Brilliant video as it shows exactly what a beginner should do. Learn to hit a small number of clubs well, then progress. She will become a very good golfer in no time. It would be good to see the roles reversed again

15 handicap and have 2 iron to 64 wedge,works well for me. No driver or hybrids, never liked or got on with them

kinda what i play but i use my 89 irons too. throw in a 4 hybrid for distance on fairways helped me a lot
