Sensing CT should be as per full load current in transformer supply. In your case it is 800kva. But if you are sure that current will not go above 400 A or 600A, then you can put current sensing CT of 400/5 or 600/5

It should display inductive load at 0.999

You should change polarity of current sensing CT. For changing polarity of CT, you need to interchange wire of CT.
