    I am not gonna lie, Postecoglou is doing incredibly well and deserves more credit. I never would have guessed that Spurs would go 10/12. It's very impressive considering Spurs lost Kane and the state of the club after Conte was pretty awful. It took 72 days to find him but they might have found a gem honestly.

Add the most exciting, attacking, entertaining football brand which the players love & supporters singing “we have our Tottenham back” it’s been nothing short of sensational Coaching-Management.

    yes it did not go well with conte and I was happy when they hired him. I do think a lot happened to him that last season and I do think it affected him - Gian passing so suddenly, his surgery . . .I think it affected him. An already emotional man, he lost it (that press conference was epic!). Ange is exactly what Spurs needed and while there will be dips, I do think there will be a lot of people eating crow at the end of the season. Alan Brazil learned his lesson . . . .

    Some Eurosnobs can't get over the fact that Ange comes from a 'football backwater' in Australia. There is no shortage of successful, hungry coaches outside of Europe and South America. Europe has this fixation on recycling poorly performing managers ad nauseum, rather than looking to Asia, Africa etc for emerging coaching talent.
    Those English pundits left doubting Postecoglou are in for a very rude awakening. As are those who pompously and contemptuously thumb their noses at Asian football.

    Spurs will have setbacks this year no doubt, as will other clubs, but the enthusiasm and joy in what they're trying to do will reap dividends eventually if they get the backing for players he wants to bring in. We need more quality in depth thats for sure. Injuries and losing players during AFCON in feb 2024, I believe, will test us, but by then we may have bought more players. We are 10 points after 4 games, as we were under Conte last year so a lot can still happen. But its a pleasure to watch my team again after the disappointing style of play under the last 2 managers.

    Any elite manager not some second rate fraud like 7Hag would be annoyed when your team looses a 3-0 lead and draws the game that too against a mid table team. Happened with Mourinho, happened with Conte.
    Waiting for the winter break when they will do it again maybe this time against Everton.

      Arsenal bottled that, and they had a player sent off in the first half so hardly anything to shout about. Conte had like 2-3 months where he was getting results and playing decent football. Before and after that it was up and down results with dire football.

    Spurs are doing well right now, but we shouldn't forget about the new manager bounce. Let the squad settle a bit, I think they'll fall of. Their defense is not the best and attck is lacking in quality. Midfield is also not that great, they can't keep this up in my opinion.

    • @essoteric

      You had me until the second half bro. Defence not the best? Attack lacking in quality? Midfield not great?? We may not be #1 in all related stats, but so far we are in the top tier. So until we play Arsenal and Liverpool (we already beat Utd.) later this month, its way too premature to say where our deficiencies are.

      @essoteric 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@abhishektyagi2128 bruh seriously? Lets go back to your comment...if the squad "settles", they won't be dropping off. That happens if the squad DOESN'T settle after the new manager bounce, and indications are that they are settling. And like I said we already beat and dominated Utd. Addition of Amrabat won't make the difference you're thinking. If i were deluded I would've said that we'll win the league, but unlike you I have no preconceived notions and wait to watch the upcoming big matches. Injury will be the big factor, but we have a LOT less matches this season.

    Conte was a disgrace. More or less the same nucleus of players, with a few very well judged newbies under Ange is chalk and cheese. Contes football is just the worst. I cannot see any decent team wanting him near them. He’s poisonous, toxic and divisive. Just the worst. Conte also had the backing of Levy, more than any other spurs manager. And the number of Spurs players making subtle swipes at Conte is incredible…..he was not liked me thinks….

    Tottenham Hotspur look very good under Ange Postecoglu but let’s not get on this Tottenham hype train already after just 4 games and the season is long they’re still gonna play the likes of Manchester City Liverpool Arsenal even the likes of Newcastle Brighton and Aston Villa so they’ll play against tougher opposition. They beat Manchester United got comfortable wins against Bournemouth and Burnley and after just 4 games were talking about how Tottenham are playing better.
    Come on and by the way they’ve gone 15 years without winning a trophy and the Carabao Cup is a Mickey Mouse competition but still another opportunity to win a trophy missed since they got knocked out of the competition against Fulham. They have zero chance of winning the premier league this season and we all know that they never win trophies so they’ll fail to win the FA Cup again in typical Tottenham Hotspur fashion. Tottenham are very inconsistent and they have proven that under so many different managers and watch them finish 8th or 9th don’t gas up a team after a month into the season. Last season Tottenham started very well guess what happened oh wait another season where they failed to win a trophy and they finished 8th in the Premier League which meant that for this season no European football. The season is very early and while they’ve had great results their form isn’t sustainable in the long run since they’re not a consistent team and it’s not gonna last for long the honeymoon and I wouldn’t be surprised if Tottenham get a new manager again after the season ends assuming they finish mid-table again
