The new Capital of Africa; New Addis! Yet I struggle to understand what Ethiopia's plan is, does Ethiopia want Addis Ababa to become a hub of manufacturing (like some cities of China), or a hub for global agricultural trade, or a service sector economy... What are you offering Ethiopia?
