It’s always endearing to hear you speak ma’am. Every system has its own flaws and Education system being no different, too has certain loopholes. Unfortunately, Educators are not just underpaid but also undervalued owing to the surplus supply of the teachers. But as rightly pointed out by ma’am, not all teachers are adept at imparting knowledge. However, PKR Jain Vatika provides The Best workplace environment for the teachers thanks to the able guidance and exceptional leadership of Uma ma’am. The Curriculum too needs a major overhaul, but ma’am being a visionary is constantly striving to optimise it towards the best interest of her students.
