It’s always endearing to hear you speak ma’am. Every system has its own flaws and Education system being no different, too has certain loopholes. Unfortunately, Educators are not just underpaid but also undervalued owing to the surplus supply of the teachers. But as rightly pointed out by ma’am, not all teachers are adept at imparting knowledge. However, PKR Jain Vatika provides The Best workplace environment for the teachers thanks to the able guidance and exceptional leadership of Uma ma’am. The Curriculum too needs a major overhaul, but ma’am being a visionary is constantly striving to optimise it towards the best interest of her students. I study in Adarsh Vidya Mandir And also she lives in my neighbourhood She has really amazing nature I missed her a lot when she was on leave for around a month

Where getting a basic job considering the population of the country is a nightmare. Changing the education system to help children develop holistically is a distant dream. Unless the overall evaluation process shifts from scores and testing students based on the memorising capacity of a kid nothing can ever truly change. The core mentality being we need money to survive it's impossible that learning and impacting lives becomes a priority for the major percentage of students across India.
