well, i mean, he is comparing an AR studant with an SR studant, of course Iory will have more attack tan misaka, but misaka atacks way faster and have her DoT thing and for Shokuhou... i don't have idea how much she would help, if i would compare her with anyone, it would be Kayoko, but less AoE and more damage (?) idk. i want both of them, but i have only 100 pulls, only luck can give me this two.
@@eubug6981 what you arent considering is investment. Your Iori is goinf to be UE 40-50 eventually from farming hard nodes for free and hits like a truck at that level. You need to roll multiple copies of these railgun students or spend a shitload of eligma to get them starred up to have comparable damage.

Yeah same. I'm a newer player, and I've got 2.5ish pity's saved and have several of the available "must have" supports, yet there are like 5-6 banners that are close to must pulls all the same in the next 4 months.

I collect all of them just because I love toaru series 😆. Well having meta unit surely made the game easier, but full fill own desire is how I choose to enjoy my game

Big fan of the show and just started BA like a month ago. I went for Misaki and got her on my 3rd multi Mikoto otherwise was a grind to get but with all the story missions open I could afford her. Glad I have both now
Edit: I heard that this may get a rerun from patch notes. So screw it, I'm saving. I'm pretty new, I started in Jan. It's painful that I might have to skip this. I'm sitting on about 70 free pulls, 41k pyros. I'm saving at least 48k for the 3rd anniversary fest banner in 2-3 months, the week before that I would like to have 3-12k + 100 free pulls they give us to make sure I get my Iroha, assuming she gets a rerun like on JP. Sometime in between now and then I need to consider pulling for Himari as well for her rerun. I'm not a huge fan of railgun, it just irks my collector spirit that I might miss out on those girls forever. I don't have the resources to build them yet even if they were worth the trouble. Still I might just roll the dice cause I don't want to not have them. I'm already a mikulet. I'm considering losing my f2p status and buying that 18 dollar ticket to secure Himari. That would make it easier to save for the fest banner. It's this collab that is testing my faith cause I'm not sure I can afford the ~60k pyros I need for Iroha/Dress Hina/S. Ojisan if I end up dropping ~16k + my free pulls here.
I want to pull for collabs too but they're mostly meh skillwise + I haven't watch the railgun anime yet, and there are just so many good students coming and some that I actually like not just for their skills like Kikyou and Hina so I have to skip.
I couldn't possibly resist going after Mikoto. Railgun S remains a top tier anime for me overall. Just glad she's solid enough that I can see myself throwing her onto teams here and there.
The thing about collab characters is that they need to be better than average strength for everyone to care. The fans of the collab will already have their minds made to pull. If 0 is trash, and 100 is broken, they need to hang around 70-80. Strong or unique enough to make you consider using them, but not broken enough to make people that missed out feel cruddy. The way they are, makes me feel like they're at a flat 50. I could take it or leave it.

And I am confused whether to skip the Collab pulls or go for it cos many new strong characters are gonna come soon, and i want to o save enough Pyro for Hina Dress 🥺
I feel like Confusion in PVP is probably going to be decent, mainly because if the enemy team is fighting each other, that means your own team is being hit less.
In current PVP both global and JP because of Misaki’s short attack range she’s easily killed at the beginning. Besides her confusion range is limited. There’s a chance she’ll be good if there’s terrain advantage and cover and certain position. But if you talk about confusion skill in general I think just like Tsubaki taunt, if confusion can be this wide range then it’s way more effective than only applying to the front tank.
I like Toaru Majutsu. Not a big fan of Railgun but I like Mikoto and Misaki anyways. So of course I went for both. I couldnt get Misaka until pity but luckily I was at a level where I just unlocked pvp so I climbed the ladder and got some crystals for her. No regrets for the two.
I know its a long way but i really want that dress Hina and Ako, Maybe i'll pull for Kikyou but imma save all my pyroxene for the aniversary after that.
So, I wasn't planning on getting the collabs to go for the metas next banner; but I had 2 single pull tickets and just said might as well. I used them both on misaki and got her on the second one. Then I said, what the heck and went for Makoto using the free 10 pull tickets from the maintenance. Needless to say I got Makoto on the second ticket. Lol 😂

Misaka ignoring Misaki's "confusion" is accurate lore wise. As Misaka, an Electromaster, constantly emits an electromagnetic field throughout her body, Misaki's Mental Out, which can control and manipulate memories with a remote or other medium, can not work on her that easily

Damn back when the show came out i was 16 and liked Misaka. Over a decade later i got older and my tastes changed but the casts of Toaru stay the same. Now theyre like little kids :(

One time limited Collabs are pretty valuable both inside and outside of the game. More so if you’re benefiting as a F2P. Not something a lot of players think about in the gacha gaming industry 🤔
If I'm not mistaken, collab characters need a lot more skill books compared to usual students. I don't have that many resources, and I don't want to pull characters I won't use. Skip maybe...

You should compare Misaki with Kayoko because both of them focus on CC with different from Aru that focus on Damage.
