Jim, this just popped up on my TH-cam feed. I was working for R.A.Moog Co. during my Senior Year in High School 1967-68, so I saw Ms. Carlos come and go often. Originally the composing was being done on a Stage III "Studio" (the day we unloaded the "Portable" cases we adopted the "Studio" designation in-house) and there was a proof for album cover using the Studio Moog. I didn't realize they had used the Portables for the actual cover until years later. I never purchased Wendy's album, though I still have my Moog Demo album that Bob gave me one evening when we were cleaning and organizing the recording studio for guests that were coming in the next day. I am wondering how many of the demo albums are still out there.
My mother bought me the original vinyl record of Switched On Bach. I may still have that record, somewhere in my dusty collection of old records. Peace.
I had the LP, I'm glad to have had the opportunity to listen to it. I believe it helped form my views and relationship with music in general.
I had the album. It changed my life. I listened to this album quote thousands of times.
I have been looking for a copy of this specific album, and cannot find it anywhere
Ebay William.

Thanks Doug for sharing that's a fascinating insight into Wendy Carlos etc.

The only CDs I'm missing of hers is the pesky Lost Scores Vol 1 & 2 😅 absolutely love all her music. Beauty in The Beast is a must! Loved the review
Thanks so much for comment.
