- In this video, I'm going to share my thoughts on why Canada is not fair to new immigrants. I'll talk about the problems I've experienced as a new immigrant, and explain why Canada might not be the best place to live as an immigrant.
I want to share my thoughts with you because I think it's important that you know the ground reality before you make the decision to move here.

I have this question and would be really thankful if you can.answer this: so, the thing is that I'm planning to do a diploma of two years in bow valley college.
But I do have fear about a likely scenario - what if I went with diploma and canadian government decided to change the immigration or espicfally psw rules for international students and decided to not to count diploma as eligibility for PSW,
if it would happen, do you think is this also gonna affect students,
Who would arrive here before this change??

I just assumed it as there are certain cases that has happened which shows candian government or their immigration policies can be unpredictable sometimes. Remember, Quebec not so long ago stopped psw scheme for students who graduated from certain private colleges in Quebec.
And the students who were studying in this colleges already felt so hopeless as they didn't knew that this change can
happen

If you invested so much money already to come abroad you should try to blend into the society keeping your own cultural and religious identity preserve . Desi employer hire you quickly because he knows you don’t know the labor law , you won’t complain and will be happily exploited. In return you get a Hindi / Punjabi speaking environment which actually don’t help you because you just came from that place . Short term confront will bring long term unsettlement. Desi employer will always treat you like we use to treat our house helpers or drivers back home . So please don’t get into it.

Immigrating to Canada is a bit difficult to undertake mostly application visa, the best way to secure Canada visa is to look for a transparent authorized Immigration consultant, Mr Jared William assisted me. I successfully migrated to Canada

Exploitation is not a fair example imo. This isn't just in Canada and only works if the other person is willing to agree to all terms. They need to refuse to work for less than minimum wage. If no one does then this will end. Same with paying for visa or PR help. No need for all that. Most people are able to achieve this without any assistance. They file their own paperwork even.
People prefers easy way at any cost.
I was student in Canada more than 12 years ago. I lived in Sarnia we rented 2 Bed room it was around $500. I shared with 5 other friends Yes 6 people in 2 bed room. My monthly cost with grocery was $150 no bus pass as I was living near college and grocery store. 1 month rent was free to sing up new lease now a days I don't think we get these deals.
I see many students now a days have preference of getting their own private bed room ends up spending $700 to $1,000 a month just for rent depending on City. They prefer to use latest and greatest smartphones which cost around $100 a month with plan. In some cases students work 40 hours or more to cover these high expenses and end up getting bad grades or fail the semester.
I know things are really expensive compare to when I was student, but keep your expenses as low as possible every dollar you save now will help you in feature.
