I've come to realize after years of building that the hardest part of being a builder is the planning stage....I spend so may hours aimlessly flying around my world trying to figure out what to do. Anyone relate?

This is relatable, i was around 1 month ago planning to build a city, at first im pumped, but then i forgot about planning it first, so i just basically build things and then planning the building in the middle of the construction, then i finally made a final decision, so, remember to make plans before making things in minecraft
Second is that i dont know what to build, I've spend hours and hours trying to find what to build but when i found one, it's not suitable by the terrain, the area ( commercial area, housing area, factory area etc ) or even the environmental... Things...
This basically is the root of problem when you DO NOT plan what to build in the area, so it basically the root problems of the 1st mistake
And 1 more, the one that makes our 100 hours of planning USELESS, is laziness. Try encouraging yourself more.

I am 14, and I can say that Minecraft inspired many of my hobbies, partially including architectural design. So far, Alpine1 has the closest building style to mine (albeit much more advanced XD) and I will certainly stick around for more of this content.
I love the style of your videos man, it's so chill and your voice paired with the music is very calming. Also, the Vancouver clips are a really nice filler!

I always thought Grian is the best Minecraft builder but he's definitely have a competitor also loved your videos man
Alpine is good at building that is city style
Grian is pretty good at a lot of build styles I think

Grian is an entertainer first, builder second; at a certain point, the standard for new builders on the Wynncraft content team was almost higher than what Grian, the team leader, could do himself. Even in terms of youtubers, you have people like PearlescentMoon, Jeracraft and MegRae who achieved much higher technical skill and variety than him. Not to diss on Grian though - he inspired a lot of us to get into Minecraft building, first casually and then even professionally.
P.S to anyone who wants to check out some of the best builders in the community - I'd recommend looking up kretkretkret and UndeadIsaac. There are many more but these are a couple.
@@enoshade I think that everyone has their own style of building and should be respected for what they do. Grian puts a lot of time into his builds and I am not saying he is the best builder but I do think that he has a lot of talent.

OMG this channel is just amazing. My favorite game is minecraft (I have probably started playing in 2012) and I am 17. I am now studying art, design and architecture because I want to become an architect myself. This is just the perfect combination, I love your videos!♥

I think the house would look even better with an oak floor. It'd work well with your colour palette, as it is close to yellow and would do a better job at brightening up the place alongside adding some more colour variation as the pillars, walls and seating furniture are all a similar shade of brown.

Hi man, i love the way you build your projects! I just build without any plan, but your builds look soo much better than mine :). And also is there any download to the map? I just love the landscaping!
I didn't like how when you enter your house your right in the seating area an there is no place to store shoes or jakets. But thats the only thing I don't like great build anyways and the tips helped me alot.
tbf minecraft still has it's limitations. can't perfectly replicate irl things.

What shaders do you use? They look really good
I personally build on bedrock edition which is a lot different from java in my opinion. I enjoy using default Minecraft textures but your ideas still help a lot. I really enjoy your style of building and it gives me so much inspiration for my builds. Thank you so much!
Hey I know it’s been a year but I’m trying to put a texture pack into my pre made world and it says that it’s loaded the texture pack but it stays with the default textures. Do you know what to do?
@@ARealTaco Sometimes you also have to also add the resource pack that comes with the texture pack (it will be right below the texture pack tab) Another thing you can try doing is making a copy of the world and in settings add all the packs and see if it works

Mr Alpine, I want to make mountain roads but the cylinder command for the curves cuts through the mountain face, is there a way for it to not cut through the mountain face
