Fighting Cancer Becomes Top Priority for Pfizer

Pfizer chairman and CEO Albert Bourla sees cancer as Pfizer's next big chance to save the world. The complexity of cancers makes treatments expensive to develop and challenging to customize, but the approach of making life more livable with cancer is changing the face of the disease. He talks about why their mindset is "nothing is impossible." Bourla says a new technology can turbocharge treatment and holds great promise. He speaks to David Westin on "Wall Street Week."
