As a white guy who got arrested for assaulting a 'predator' before they committed their fucked up crime.. I was treated like absolute dog shit by the police. Knees in my back, one sat on the bottom of my neck and I didn't resist from the beginning. Followed every single order they gave me. However, my Nigerian brother(best friend) got the shit kicked out of him AFTER he was handcuffed when he was simply drunk and out in public(outside our house in an ungated grassed area which is technically private property but they got him out on the street before they began), and the worst part is that he was compliant with everything the police said to him. I got charged for assaulting 3 police officers because of it, but I got a fine and walked whilst he spent longer than me in prison for doing nothing but cooperating, and getting the shit kicked out of him for no reason.
