- Former President Donald Trump was the target of an apparent assassination attempt Saturday at a Pennsylvania rally, days before he was to accept the Republican nomination for a third time. A barrage of gunfire set off panic, and a bloodied Trump, who said he was shot in the ear, was surrounded by Secret Service and hurried to his SUV as he pumped his fist in a show of defiance.

He had been repeatedly saying that Trump was a threat to democracy. Did he really not understand the impact that comments like that could have on certain individuals. I am not blaming anyone but the person who did it, but I think the comments made by Biden and members of the media were certainly reckless at best.

His reasoning is fair. Don't make assumptions until the investigation is done.
The issue is that none of us trust the people doing the investigation because they have a long history of lying to us and acting in bad faith.
