I had the opportunity and the privilege to have a detailed interview with my Yoga Gurus Saraswathi and Sharmila Jois from KPJay Shala, descendants of the legendary Yoga guru and pioneer from Mysore, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois.
I had been in Mysore learning Ashtanga Yoga under them and they were kind enough to agree to an interview session where we got to chat about their history, the origins of the shala, the secrets of yoga and what the right way was to achieve expertise on the asanas.
