Sleep paralysis is so hurtful. Mujhe to ek raat me 3 se 4 aur kabhi kabhi 5 bar bhi sleep paralysis hotha tha. Creepy sounds, touches, figures and hallucinations were horrible. Mein bhi 1 mahine pehle raat ko dar ki baja se nahi soti thi and I used to sleep at 4 or 5 AM. But when I sleep alone, I feel sleep paralysis everytime. That's why I am afraid of sleeping alone. But mujhe paralyzed halat mei 2 se 3 bar aisa feel hua ki my soul was floating in the air and having a tour of the world which was quite amazing.
Don't get scared, there is nothing to be scared about sleep paralysis, use it to do astral projection. I always enjoy my sleep paralysis episodes. Astral travelling feels good.
@@Bro61642 what wrong did I say and something by mistake you can astral travel and some people by nature can do without realising it 😅and what wrong I said astral travel is something that can happen to anyone without practice too you can read about the topic in detail
Notice if it happens more when you sleep on your stomach... In my case this was a triggering factor which I realised after reading about it... and astral projection is something completely different.. in sleep paralysis you obviously can't set that intention as you can't even move, or think properly... so that's not the solution unlike what this guy above has advised...

I don't share my stories with anyone anymore because everytime I tell them what's happening everyone around me starts suggesting me to visit a psychiatrist. 😶

Lol I too was seeing future prediction during my ghost events. but later I got to know it's energizing him as I m taking up his cues. I stopped listening to my ghost n the paranormal events started to subside for a while.

I got the same experience a old lady came crawling but she tried to take my son who always sleep beside me and I sleep beside a window the lady will crawl from outside it happens with me for 3-4 days then one day at the same when I got Sleepparalized my husband woke up for water and turn on light he saw me and got scared because he told me my eyes were opened wide and I was shaking he tried to wake me then through water at my face and I wake up and tell him everything after that he never let me sleep beside windows and it never happened again but the lady you describe I saw the same I freaked out hearing your story There are many things we can't explain

How is that possible? Earlier Sumit and his girlfriend and you witnessed those activities at 1 pm but there was no old lady. Now I feel like some stories are definitely fake. Then mujhe un ldkon ki baatein krne ki and unke footsteps sunai diya, they were searching for something and i got reality check ki dhundhte dhundhte main mil gyi phr.... They somehow found me and I wanted to scream, I wanted to run away... Kuchh nhi ho paa rha tha, I was feeling ki mujhe boht neend aai hai I can't stay awake for any longer. The creepy thing was I had a teddy bear with me and I was clunging on it
