As a patient of sleep paralysis since 5 years, sleep paralysis is not that scary if one is used to it, it not always shows a horrific figure sitting on your chest, the mind shows what you may fear the most to wake you up so that you dont succumb to that paralysis and slow heart rate, I am scared of reptiles and that is what usually wakes me up from that paralysis and sometimes, I dont get a nightmare at all, I just follow the steps suggested by doctor to get out of that paralysis in the morning which can happen anytime you fall asleep, its crazy.😅
Can you help me with the steps to wake up?
@@dakshroyzada4143 you can try this it really help, like stop sleeping on your back your chest should not be facing upwards , and always chant the name of god before you sleep , and do this whenever you woke up at middle of sleep
beause there is high chance of getting bad dreams when you woke at middle of your sleep , so always take names of lord whenever you woke up suddenly

I have a PhD in sleep paralysis with just how much i suffer from it 😂😂.. it happens to me so much that now I don't even get scared.
Just close your eyes and you'll automatically fall asleep and the sleep paralysis will stop.
And now it's not just some force sitting on top of me, sometimes it feels like someone is touching me inappropriately. But those are rare occurrences.
try to sleep side wise like stop sleeping on your bck , your chest should not be upwards and always chant the name of god which u belive before sleeping , do this when ever you suddenly woke up during sleep , this wil surely help
