ALSO, as a former Starbucks Shift Manager, you can order an Americano or Iced Americano (which contain espresso shots with water) and tell the barista not to put water in it, so you have the espresso shots and therefore you can add your milk and sugar or whatever you want, and VOILA You have your Latte or Iced Latte.

Here In Romania we do not have free milk at the condiment bar, so we were making Americano with milk and ask the client how much milk and how much water he wanted, and yes these 2 customers did tell me not to put water at all and I was like WAIT A MINUTE lol this is a latte

Hmm guess uk Starbucks are a little bit different from US ones. Syrup, whipped cream, milk that doesn't already belong in the drink you are ordering is extra charge even if you're a gold member

If you have the app, you get a free drink on your birthday without points. And if you have gift cards, you can use them whenever
