Yes, I was a caregiver for my mother for abt 7 yrs and it was the most difficult, tiring, compassionate, etc. Afterwards, I went to counseling for a few years. Taking care of me, putting my oxygen mask on myself 🙋

Absolutely absolutely true everything you guys spoke about. I received the same news a couple of months ago from my doctor. A1c is a little elevated and he told me to start doing low carb diet, diabetes and high blood pressure runs on my mother side of the family and I really still want to dance walk and work out, I would love to know what you did to change your diet, Miss Yvette, Nicole Brown. Thank you.

I really appreciate this as I, too, lost my mom in 2021, and her name was also Fran. Tamron, I really appreciate you going deep. Nicole, I really appreciate you publicly dealing with your grief.
