Absolutely absolutely true everything you guys spoke about. I received the same news a couple of months ago from my doctor. A1c is a little elevated and he told me to start doing low carb diet, diabetes and high blood pressure runs on my mother side of the family and I really still want to dance walk and work out, I would love to know what you did to change your diet, Miss Yvette, Nicole Brown.
