Started doing cluster training for my poverty bench back in March after seeing you guys do it. Ive seen more strength gains in 4 months then I’ve seen in 3 years. Been recommending it to anyone that will listen

I’d love to see a breakdown of form for deadlift, bench, snatch etc

Awesome video Jake! Def going to give the no-arms front squat a try. I like the cluster set at such low reps. I’ve only ever done a 5 minute cluster set of 5 reps every 15 seconds.

Can you do a video of all olympic lifts including: warm up, basics of the lift, what kind of sets make sense and most importantly use steve as the bad example for "common misstakes". Maybe some tricks for people who struggle with mobility in olympic lifts but gonna do them anyway (I might need that lol).

Great content! At what stage in the cycle would you incorporate cluster training? If working with athletes would this be a great way to program in the off season or would this be more beneficial during other seasons?
