Watching people marveling over it because it’s new to them is cute and all but when I saw the Ha$& lab rat experiment I was like “oh hell no they’re not charging $400 for a $40 car”. But the Shepard will lead the flock to their barn to get shaved or slaughtered. 💯

Almost as if toy-makers can make 1:12 and similar vehicles with interior details and lights and rolling wheels and opening doors... and sell them at retail, while not charging an arm and a leg for them. Odd I know.

Well if fully funded it would have been like 6 figs so $150 if you went with $25 per no matter the size. So $200 would be around the price of the car alone so not that far from your estimate tbh. 🤷
@@StarlordRockz That's not how crowdfunding works. The base model is the base price, you can't expect to get all of the extras. If getting all of them is the only way to justify the base price it was priced too high to begin with. You should be happy with the base price on its own.

That would hurt literally all projects. How Hasbro been playing it is more of a the more we sell the better the deal. Not the best way to do it but that's how they do I guess... Personally I would prefer if they went the pbandai route for example which is basically preorder before a specific day to get it and that's it... No tiers or anything. Probably would have pushed the charger to like $250 ish (would prefer $200 but it's always a tad above that isn't it haha)... Which not great but $100 bucks saved is $100 saved.

Just look at the aftermarket for Sentinel and once Galactus is finished shipping the aftermarket on that will be crazy too. I understand that aftermarket on everything is typically higher but I’m absolutely sure both those ML projects would have funded without the extra tiers.
I had a cousin who used to collect a lot of these, she let me keep a limo from this line when I was little. Still holds up too, highly recommended it, especially if you’re into customizing. That and the WWE vehicles.
those WWE break away vehicles are SURPRISINGLY sturdy for the very cheap price they have. i bought the blue car to custom and honestly was shocked at the quality for a $30 buck car. just wish they didn't emboss the hood like they did.
Seems to me, it would be possible to scan this car and use some 3D printing software to manipulate the dimensions a bit to make this work really well with 6 inch figures.
The haslab thing is way overpriced. It may have all the figures and stuff it comes with, but 350 is just insane. Especially when there's other options out there like this

Sure they're not identical, but can you really argue that the Haslab is worth $300 more than this car that has nearly the same number of parts and features, if not more? You really think the plastic will feel $300 more premium? Don't get me wrong, I want the Haslab, but I can't believe they can have a clear conscience asking for that price.

Personally, I don’t understand why there aren’t many remote control vehicles that allow you to put figures into the seats. I think the only recent one I’m aware of is a Jurassic World remote control vehicle scaled for 3 3/4” figures.
There were some Power Rangers remote controlled motorcycles but they came with a preposed ranger. Actual Power Rangers couldn't fit but you could totally get a Spidey figure to ride

This thing costs $32 on Amazon with free 1 day shipping if you have Amazon Prime. If you add another $5 for the extra 2 inches difference in size (.5 inch width and 1 inch length) (though it shouldn't make a difference), then you add $25 for the figure and another $35 for the bigger Mephisto figure. Then add $15 for the swappable parts, and a other $15 for the sound features, and you're still only looking at $127. I have NO idea where Hasbro gets off putting the price at $350 before shipping and tax. Like LORD who do they think they are!?
I am so excited to get you talking Bratz, like, I am a Bratz and doll collector, this mold isn't actually the Rock Angelz car that came out years ago, so it was an odd choice for MGA to use this car as the reproduction, though it's the first car they came out with. It used to have FM Radio details and a horn that works! Also had some fabric steering wheel cover and seat covers! I love it so much and check out their other vehicles, the motorcycle is so badass!
I JUST commented how this car is more the 'norm' for doll cars. it's not an anomaly. he's also missing the WWE vehicles. though they need work to get rid of the WWE logos on them.

McFarlane's Batmobile is 25$ at Retail, my guess is that they don't sell it to the retailler for more than 10bucks. The 350$ from the HasLab goes all to Hasbro's pockets.

Made a video on this car a couple of days ago and I’m still having fun with it lol…great vehicle but goes much better with bigger figures…figures on the Hercules body or even BAF figures look fantastic in it…and of course 7 inch figures as well

Great video. I picked this up last weekend and blown away how dope this car is. I redrilled the holes in the seats to move them forward a bit so my action force figures can reach the stirring wheel. Easy fix just be careful not to drill all the way through the seats.

I was curious to see if the bratz car was still sold on Amazon and was surprised to see the 20th anniversary Re-release. I bought one immediately then proceeded to see if anyone had reviewed it. Shartimus for the win.
I see some real descent 1/12 scale RC cars and vehicles for sale on Amazon for Fifty. There were also some good military and motorcycles in the same scale to be had at very reasonable prices.
I got mine a few years ago second hand $20Au .It has a radio in it I moved the seats which is easy to do so they reach the pedals and wheel mine is in silver .I always enjoy the content.cheers.
Having a niece and a step son, I can tell you "boy toys" are roughly the same across the board and "girl toys" are either weirdly cheap or wildly expensive
Yeah it's definitely better scaled for 7 inch, but you can remove the seats from their legs and move them up. Pretty impressive vehicle for less than $40. I'm gonna start looking at the doll section more.
I remember my sister had a black car for like 12 inch scale for like a similar franchise even I was a kid & yeah GIJoes & other action figures had shootouts from it. Also used some of her doll accessories like electric guitars & other rock gear.
I just ordered mine and I'm gonna paint it up, I've gotten into buying 1:12 vehicles such as Mcfarlane Bikes, Masato bikes and even clothes to make my figures look cool. The day the Haslab went up I posted a pic of the review of Venom in the Bratz car that siad "Get in loser, we're going Spider-Man hunting" with a mention of the price at that time $31. It was deleted. :/
I've picked up three ... Two for me, one for my son... He saw mine and thought it was awesome, so when I saw it on Amazon for $25 I picked him one up for him for Christmas. I intend on making one a GI Joe edition and the other Cobra... We will see how it goes
I bought this last week to be The Queen for my Mezco PSCC figs. I moved the seats forward just in front of the pegs and used double sided foam tape to keep them in place. Next step is painting it black.
Great vid. The Bratz cars are great for the 1:12 scale. I bought a pink Cadillac for the Pink Skulls Gig from Hell and white Maserati for the White skull agent. Buy a WWE Slambulance for Death Brigade, Hydra, etc. 😀

Get the fire effects from Ultimate Green Goblin and the Ghost Rider's bike. Add some LED. Just cheap orange string light would do wonder. Tape them under the car and behind the wheels. I think you would have fun doing it too.
I would still rather have the hellcharger. This car doesn't go with any of my figures. Maybe it would work for a mobster character but everyone look comical in it.

Great video. I picked this up last weekend and blown away how dope this car is. I redrilled the holes in the seats to move them forward a bit so my action force figures can reach the stirring wheel. Easy fix just be careful not to drill all the way through the seats.

The Batmobile from the Animated Series, was awesome, I wish I had picked it up. If hasbro had made it as a haslab it would be in the $350 range easy.

I was curious to see if the bratz car was still sold on Amazon and was surprised to see the 20th anniversary Re-release. I bought one immediately then proceeded to see if anyone had reviewed it. Shartimus for the win.

I see some real descent 1/12 scale RC cars and vehicles for sale on Amazon for Fifty. There were also some good military and motorcycles in the same scale to be had at very reasonable prices.
You can also get RC light kits ($15-$25) and put them in any vehicle you want....with very little modding.
I got mine a few years ago second hand $20Au .It has a radio in it I moved the seats which is easy to do so they reach the pedals and wheel mine is in silver .I always enjoy the content.cheers.
Speaking of prices, etc....the now $80 for selfie figs just smashed any remaining goodwill I had towards Hasbro.
Having a niece and a step son, I can tell you "boy toys" are roughly the same across the board and "girl toys" are either weirdly cheap or wildly expensive

Yeah it's definitely better scaled for 7 inch, but you can remove the seats from their legs and move them up. Pretty impressive vehicle for less than $40. I'm gonna start looking at the doll section more.
I remember my sister had a black car for like 12 inch scale for like a similar franchise even I was a kid & yeah GIJoes & other action figures had shootouts from it. Also used some of her doll accessories like electric guitars & other rock gear.

I just ordered mine and I'm gonna paint it up, I've gotten into buying 1:12 vehicles such as Mcfarlane Bikes, Masato bikes and even clothes to make my figures look cool. The day the Haslab went up I posted a pic of the review of Venom in the Bratz car that siad "Get in loser, we're going Spider-Man hunting" with a mention of the price at that time $31. It was deleted. :/
I've picked up three ... Two for me, one for my son... He saw mine and thought it was awesome, so when I saw it on Amazon for $25 I picked him one up for him for Christmas. I intend on making one a GI Joe edition and the other Cobra... We will see how it goes

I bought this last week to be The Queen for my Mezco PSCC figs. I moved the seats forward just in front of the pegs and used double sided foam tape to keep them in place. Next step is painting it black.
Great vid. The Bratz cars are great for the 1:12 scale. I bought a pink Cadillac for the Pink Skulls Gig from Hell and white Maserati for the White skull agent. Buy a WWE Slambulance for Death Brigade, Hydra, etc. 😀

If this is at retailers now, it means it's probably a re-release, because Bratz was the hot Christmas gift from like 10 years ago.

This car puts to shame the haslab engine of vengeance considering the price difference.
Get the fire effects from Ultimate Green Goblin and the Ghost Rider's bike. Add some LED. Just cheap orange string light would do wonder. Tape them under the car and behind the wheels.

That wolverine convertible used to be Cyclops' sports coupe. Most of my OG 90s kids know what happened to that.
