  • The Lagan Gateway Bridge is a new pedestrian and cycle bridge that was constructed as the first phase of the Lagan Gateway project. It was completed in August 2021 and connects the Lagan Towpath to Annadale Embankment in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The project included a refurbishment of an adjacent existing weir and navigation lock on the River Lagan at Stranmillis. The bridge was renamed "The Noah Donohoe Bridge" in September 2022 in memory of a 14 year old boy, Noah Donohoe, whose dead body was found in a storm drain 6 days after he went missing. He had been cycling to join friends.
