monson looking slow and old here :( but props to sub someone who looks to be 80 pounds heavier, much more muscle and strength. Both men are great and great sportsmanship. true martial artists.

im delighted someone subbed monsen,the guy is so slow and relies mostly on strength and his muscle bound frame.I honestly dont know how he ever won adcc.Hes even worse as a fighter,zero striking ability,poor takedowns,lethargic,way overated.
